  1. Where did you find his legit stuff? I found a couple Tyler Cassidy tracks on youtube that I have had on rotation for two days now. Are there more and are they available to purchase/download anywhere? I would seriously buy a CD of his serious stuff. On a side note, his KK/FF stuff is genius marketing. I would imagine in a couple years when he has everyone's attention because they feel bad for him because they think he is a mentally handicapped rapper that's funny to watch, he is gonna drop the real ish on everyone.

    Serenity

Im going to have to check out this Firefly and Serenity. The wife and I just started watching TNG again from the beginning. Bearded Riker > Non-bearded Riker.
  3. This dude really isn't that bad...
  4. retards. companies need to have a don't ask don't tell weapons policy or at least a clause for those that have CCW permits.
  5. When it comes to aesthetics, late model RX-7's are hands down the sexiest cars, ever.

    Clutch

Was that real or a joke?
  7. This is what I was thinking as I watched. His points would be better received if he was calm instead of yelling like a jack@ss and mocking the British accent.

    Hawk

Went to take our son for a walk this weekend and as soon as we walked out there door, there were 3 hawks flying over us relatively low. My wife was able to get a couple in focus shots of one of the redtails. http://i1038.photobucket.com/albums/a461/RyanCorlew/IMG_6187_zps52802484.jpg http://i1038.photobucket.com/albums/a461/RyanCorlew/IMG_6184_zpsbce68299.jpg
  9. I am not trying to compare the turbos. I am just using those two turbos compressor maps of examples in my question of how to properly interpret them. As I believe I stated before, the 14b appears to be most efficient at PR 1.7 (10psi) and 250cfm, but could still be fairly efficient at 15psi and 27lbs/min. My interpretation of the 3582 map is that is it most efficient at a PR of about 2.5 and 45lbs/min, but could still be relatively efficient at a PR of 3-3.5 (29-36psi) and flow 55-60lbs/min. I just want to know if I am looking at these maps right. And for as to what I am trying to do, I am just thinking about if I were to "hypothetically" run a compound setup, at what boost levels each turbo would be in its efficiency range. I would think 15psi on a 14b and 30psi on the 3582 would do nicely for both.
  10. So I am trying to learn how to read compressor maps. Now, I know that comp maps need to be taken with a grain of salt as they do not take into account engine size, VE, intercooler efficiency, etc. But for the sake of reading a map and getting a ballpark idea, I need to know if I am doing this right: Here we have the comp map for an MHI 14b turbo (stock turbo for 5spd 1st gen dsms) http://i49.photobucket.com/albums/f256/smokey18328/14bcfm.jpg Now, my understanding is that the center of the first middle island is where the compressor is most efficient. So in this turbos case, its most efficient at about 10psi (PR of about 1.7) On this turbo, (Garrett 3582), it is most efficient at 18psi (PR 2.25, about 40lbs/min) http://www.himni-racing.com/images/gt3582rcomp_e.jpg Now if I break out of these boost settings/pressure ratios, and lets say on the 14b run 15psi (about 2.0PR), and/or run about 30psi (PR od 3.0 at 52lbs/min), these turbos should still be relatively efficient correct? I just want to know if I am reading these right.
  11. With parental consent, in OH the kid can drink at pretty much any age..anywhere...
  12. A few years ago we got a bunch of snow one night so my buddy and I went up to Columbus Square around 11pm. We saw 2 cops in a cruiser trying to play, but it was pretty sad. So we went to the other side of the plaza, saw a cop writing a report, and we asked him if he cared if were played around a bit. He asked if we had been drinking, we said no. He said, go ahead, have fun. Just stay away from any parked cars you might see, and if another officer stops you, just tell him you were practicing driving in the snow to get experience and wanted to do it while there was no traffic out. CPD FTW.

    Soon to be new..

When I was looking for a first house to buy like 7yrs or so ago, Childrens Hospital was one area I looked at because I like the architecture of big older houses. The I saw how the local homeboys were looking at me as I drove through and thought, "Yeah, i'm good." I ended up buying a HUD house on N Broadway right off Cleveland Ave. And yes, Cleveland Ave is hood as all get out, especially about a miles south from N Broadway, but seemed leaps and bounds better than what I was seeing by Childrens. But then again, that was like 7yrs ago so maybe things have changed.

    learn me e85

My buddy running 30+psi on a holset turbo (he351ve maybe?) with e85, and dual in tank 190's is running stock lines/filter and has had no issues over 3yrs. If you feel the need to change the lines though, make sure to run ptfe or something multifuel compatible. Don't use the run of the mill SS jegs lines; though I do believe jegs sells ptfe lines. I got mine from anfittingsdirect.com. As for dual 255's, you can do that, or get a single like the walbro 450lph.

    learn me e85

You don't need a new fuel system. Stock system will support 600whp. You will need injectors and pump(s). You can leave the lines alone.
  16. Geeze dude. Nice pickup. Is it off to AMS for an Alpha upgrade, or keeping it stock?
  17. ha ha, that's funny. I have a ways to go with my son until he is that age, but I look forward to it.
  18. Kind of long, 30min, but the wife and I found it entertaining to say the least. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y-SH6U1Wts8&feature=youtube_gdata_player

    The War on Kids

Has anybody seen this documentary? Pretty good, and sad at the same time.
  21. Very nice. I have thought about learning how to properly wash, wax, and seal. I am not going to lie though, the prospect intimidates me.
