You are doing boring old man fishing where every other boring old man does their fishing as well ha ha.

Finally decided to hit up the small stream by my house that runs along our housing development. Lots of pumpkinseeds, blue gill, and large mouths. Here are some pics/vids of some I have pulled in over the last 2 weeks. Most of the large mouths I am landing are in the 14"-16" range, but I have seen a couple 18"-20" that I can not get to hit for anything. While nice, I miss smallmouth bass. OH smallmouths hit hard and don't give up. Largemouths don't put up much of a fight in comparison. Also, in case you can't tell, this stream is stupid small. The exact kind of stream I like fishing. Tons of people live around here and no one fishes it. I had an OH CCW when I lived there. Now that I live in TX, my OH CHL is no longer valid as I am not a resident of OH and OH does NOT issue CHL's to non-residents. Now, that being said, I also have a FL CCW. I changed my address with FL on their website to my current TX address. My questions is, will OH still honor my FL permit with my TX address. The way I interpret the law is that OH will recognize non-resident permits from other states, but I want to make sure before I come back to OH an conceal carry as I do NOT want to violate the law.

I think its just a good marketing ploy on the butcher/farmer's side of things. Nothing more. I would like to see blind taste/texture tests on pigs from the same farm between the ones that consumed pot and the ones that did not.

Yeah, that law changed a # of years ago. Same thing happened to me. Meter was paid, I came back, and metermaid had left me a ticket for no front plate. I contacted the court and they informed me the metermaids had recently been given the power to do so.

Looks similar to wine. In a lot of states, a Winery can NOT sell directly to the customer. Take for instance Trader Joe's. They have their own wine label. Most of their wine is shipped from CA. So if you want to buy a bottle of Trader Joe's Reserve Cabernet, TJ has to take it's wine from CA, sell it to an OH distributor, and buy it's own wine back from the distributor and then sell it to the customer. They can't just bring it in on a truck bringing a hundred other items from a distribution center in CA. I understand it's to protect the states industry, but I have yet to see any evidence convincing me why it should be done that way.
