  1. I'm still stuck on the fact that you sold the VR4 :/
  2. People ask $3500 for these things in pretty poor condition. Based on what o've seen over the years, unless you have a special hookup, you are going to spend a minimum of $5k for anything "nice" and the sky is the limit from there.
  3. Happy Greek looks to be on the wrong side of High St. I remember this place wasn't far up the street from a coney joint. The restaurant used to have bulk feta cheese, 5gal buckets of olives on the floor, a wine rack, and they served food as well with a couple tables inside. This is gonna drive me nuts. I used to go there so often when I was young, that the greek milf that used to help them out would recognize me whenever I came in. I remember she was a real estate agent as well. Trying to remember the name of that place is going to drive me up the wall.
  4. We may have to check out the Meridian. I am kind of an enigma. I am a white trash hillbilly that loves hunting, fishing, and cars. On the other hand, I have been going to gallery hop in the short north since my senior year (2002), love going to the restaurants and boutique shops down there, fine wines, and nice hotels, ha ha. That being said, the wife and I were pretty disappointed a few years ago when we went down there to grab a drink at MoJoe, sit on the patio, and people watch, only to drive by and see they were closed Do you happen to know if that little greek restaurant/store is still open down there? The one owned by the old Greek couple? I Think it was one of the oldest businesses in the SN.
  5. Ahhh, ok. So the issue was on the service side of things. Thanks for the info. I'll keep it in mind the next time the wife and I are back in cbus and want to get a fancy room somewhere. Maybe see what other options are out there like you are doing.
  6. Can I ask what you didn't like about the Lofts? The wife and I actually love staying there, (in one of the 4 huge suites with the giant garden style bath). Bad experience i'm assuming...
  7. Wild game is actually really good if you prepare it properly. I think the reason a lot of people don't like it is due to poor preparation. I've eaten quite a bit of cottontail this year, ha ha. I like venison a lot as well.
  8. Freezer. Some I save for her as food for later. Some I eat myself. I found a pretty amazing recipe where the meat is not gamey or tough at all. Browned then braised. Meat falls off the bone and there is NO gamey taste whatsoever. My kids are picky about food and even they eat it. They know it's bunny too, and they ask for it.
  9. She bound to a jackrabbit a few times over the weekend but got fought off. Now that was NUTS. Those things are HUGE. She isn't exposed to them enough so she hasn't learned yet that with those, you HAVE to grab the head first. You can't grab the butt then try to work your way up to the head with them.
  10. Went to the panhandle this weekend to do some hunting. Saw a plethora of game. Quail, pheasant, jackrabbits, prairie dogs, pronghorn, and of course, a ton of cottontails. Here is a vid of V getting her 31st cottontail. My buddy John who was with me was a little animated. She got #32 and #33 the next day but I didn't get those on video.

Thanks for the feedback. I'm hoping i'll be in a position to pull the trigger on a used GT2 in a couple years.

    New car

I've had my eye on those for years. Nice purchase.
  13. I just spent entirely too much time looking at those cars. And now I want a 1992 Nissan Gloria GT Ultima.
  14. Aren't credit card transactions capped at like $150/wk anyway?
  15. That explains my confusion. I could have sworn it originally just said "any." Ha ha. I was a bit perplexed when I went back and looked and saw the $10k on there. All is well with the universe now.
  16. So if I go deposit $1700 in cash into my checking account, the bank reports that to the IRS?
