Up for sale is a ful set of OE ceramic pads and disks for 2002-2005 A4 quattros. Might work on other years but dont hold me to that. Purchased these for my quattro a few years back and never got around to putting them on before i sold it. I think $125 is a fair asking price.

I can run them through. I'd advise leaving the leaf about 3-4 inches long as I haven't dialed in the snipe yet. Other than that, no problem

 

Really? That would be awesome. Ill shoot you a PM when i am ready to proceed. After i got home i measured the thickness of the leaf... 1" exactly. Not sure where i am going to get a 1" thick board. I have seen 1 3/8 and 3/4 only. Perhaps the 1 3/8" stuff can be planed down to 1". If that is the case you can buy pre-made 24"X60" slabs. Easy after that.

Anyone here have a thickness planer that wouldn't mind running a piece of oak through it?

 

The missus purchased a dining room table that is missing a leaf and i was thinking about making one. The existing leaf that is it seems to be made up of 2" strips, about 6 of them wide. My thoughts were to take the 2" strips, glue them together, run them through the planer to make them the appropriate thickness, route the edges, drill holes for the dowels, then refinish the entire top. The rest of the top isnt in terrible shape but it would look strange if i didnt do the whole thing.

It sometimes takes me several tries to pick a source that doesnt buffer. I have found that if it even buffers for a few seconds, it will stop at some point during the stream to buffer again. If it doesnt start playing immediately, i automatically go to the next source. (assuming we're talking about the same thing). I use kodi thru openelec. Just a standalone OS dedicated to kodi running on a PC.

 

I am 10 miles north of Delaware, and I have been having buffering issues with youtube lately. just an FYI.

Down here in NC I know a guy who mines his creek for gold. He lives near the USA's first gold mine "Reed Gold Mine". He gets gold flakes all the time and has saved up thousands of dollars worth even at todays prices. Its pretty nuts

That fucking traffic. I lived on the very edge of worthington for about 2 years. There is a reason i now live 30 miles north of the city. If you think you can handle it, then the area was pretty nice. Relatively low crime rates. Never had any issues with thefts or people just being dicks (and i lived in a "bad" area of worthington."
