    Garage Lift

Very nice. Semi custom is a great option for most people/places. You can really water down the architecture price and get some great labor rates. A lot of the mountains are true custom, which is where the majority of the building we have been involved with is.

    Garage Lift

I was wondering the same thing as I am moving to Denver to start/join a custom home company.

    Garage Lift

I think the Mohawk is the best fit for me. Chassis lift so I can do whee and suspension work, but not 12' tall. Buteo - how far are you in the process of the house?

    Garage Lift

In theory you could drive over the middle, but wouldnt want to put my car through that every time I drove in the garage. I have never seen the drive up that had this option. That could be a winner. Doesn't go up high enough to park another car under. This may be the winner. Scary cheap though. Another great option if it fits. Thanks all.

    Garage Lift

I have started searching for an in garage lift and cannot find a lift that meets all of my needs. It's a regular 2 car garage so a 12 foot 2/4 post will not fit. Ideally I want something that I can park another car under, but the only style that this seems to work with is the 4 post ramp that you drive up and doesn't appear you can do wheel/suspension work on. Do they make adapters for the drive up where you can put the car on jack stands (does not seem safe) or do they make a 'portable' that raises the car high enough to get another one under?
  6. Everything is hit or miss. Later diff, axels, bushings, BMR suspension stuff, etc - some people say it helps some people it does nothing for. The only real fix is the cobra swap.
  7. I sold mine because of this. I had a 2006 and I was not impressed. If you get happy with the clutch the rear end hops BAD. The only real solution is the cobra rear end which is a ~4k upgrade to do yourself. I would never buy another, but the only way I would recommend one is you found one that already had this upgraded. They are generally $1000 more than ones without and still in your price range.
  8. I did the ram and SSD upgrade a few months ago and it is like a whole new machine. This is a great buy for someone.
  9. Maybe 10 years ago, there are plenty of 4x100 options out there now. And the 318ti only gets you the rear. $1000 to 5 lug swap + wheels + the BBK OR $400 to be done with it. No brainer. - owner a 4 lug (BBK) and 5 lug E30s.
  10. Other than slightly better, but more expensive brake options why would you waste the money on a 5 lug swap? RX7 4 piston caliper/VW caliper upgrade and done. $400-500
  11. I used this on my dog. I adopted a 9 month old dog that had 0 training. It was ~$1000 for 6 sessions and the equipment. I used 3 sessions and my dog is badass now. Never use a leash, always listens, and rarely have to use the collar anymore. For those that may be scared of the shock collar this is not what you are thinking. It is muscle atrophy technology not taser. I have shown this to people on several occasions and they are always surprised how mellow the 'shock' is.

    GT3 RS

Unbelievable car I hope he enjoys it. And yeah, I was kidding. I couldn't imagine seeing one on the road this time of year.

    GT3 RS

Two sold on eBay for 300+. I'm in Denver for the holidays - is he giving free rides?
  14. I here you - if I was in your shoes I wouldn't either. I was lucky enough to find someone who dumped a bunch of money into my chassis to get it ready for an LS so for me to swap it in would be MUCH easier than LS swapping a stock BRZ.
  15. I am going to start looking for parts to build one of these on a stand. The key is buying when you don't have to and not selling in a hurry. I'm betting it will be close to free by the time it is ready and I go to sell my LS1.
  16. Very cool! Could definitely see this as a stage II build for my M3. Would shut up the purists who love the high revving engines.
  17. Then I give you this gift: http://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-crime-shkreli-idUSKBN0U01IM20151217
  18. This is like someone asking a question about quantum physics without understanding algebra.
  19. Worthington is a great company with great benefits. They built an on-site care facility in the 70s with full Rx, which is a trend we are seeing in the market now to combat costs.
  20. No real progress on this other than an ear to ear grin every time I open my garage. Work has been crazy as of late. Original plan was to get the 318 (344) sorted so I could sell it in the spring. I think I am going to do what I can to get the M3 running so I can get it to paint since this winter has been so mild and take advantage of the extra space to more easily sort the 318. Either way - I'll keep this updated.
  21. I would like to know more about this. Heard a lot about the third suspect yesterday and nothing today.
  22. I saw a quote that described their home as an "IED factory".
  23. Living in Milwaukee sucks, but him and Sheriff David Clark are badass. Not well liked within the force though.
  24. Yeah, its a pain. That said I would be at or near my high asking price and I have my eye on an local ecoboost F150 that has a fair price. If I get the truck sold I'll have room for it.
