I've never build a set identical to these but I've done a few different styles for some people. These were just quick/dirty but came out decent. The frame is 2x4 lumber and I cut a 3/4 x 3/4 pocket in the back side to inset the 1x4 so that the cross braces would be flush with the top. The rail kit is just an $80 kit off amazon.

Wife wanted some barn doors so I whipped these up last weekend

I can speak from personal experience this "policy" is not enforced nor is it practical for them to even know. You being family also, he should be OK to purchase the vehicle on your behalf.

If you find it let me know. Mine suffers the same issue.

I've got a small setup in my shop I could do it with but I'm about an hour away from Delaware. I've had Hoblick do some ceramic for my pipes on my bike and he does an awesome job.

2001 Silverado V6 - slow start, hesitation on highway?
DavidBaustert replied to zeitgeist57's topic in Tech and Tips
Mine has this same "bucking" during cruise. I honestly think it might be in the suspension. Kinda feels like a misfire/bucking but I'm questioning shocks. -
Unfortunately a crack turned into a gaping hole over the course of a couple days. I could have lived with the crack no problem, but glass started falling out in chunks after that.

I ended up taking it into the Sprint store. $140+ tax. It looks like they replaced the whole body of the phone. Not too upset about it. I was hoping for something cheaper, but you gotta pay to play.
-
I wish I felt the same way. Looks like that's what I'm going to have to do though LOL

I was quoted $140 with my protection plan from sprint for a screen glass only replacement. Apparently they need to freeze the glue to get it to separate it from the glass, then re apply the glue and new glass and cure under UV light. U Break I fix quoted me $229 as an estimate. Damn curved glass!
-
Before I go dump a ton of money at the Sprint store. Does anyone here have the ability to replace just the glass (LCD and digitizer are fine) on a Galaxy S8+?

Sold. Well, traded. Traded a guy for a 2000 RCSB 2WD Silverado. 4.3L with NV3500. ZERO RUST. I've been looking for this exact body truck for cheap for a while so I'm pretty happy with it. I'll be driving the truck this year as is, then swapping out the 4.3 for a 5.3 and maybe a little bit of whistle mod.
-
I've used eastwood and 3M body panel adhesive with pretty good luck before.

360. PM me on the cummins.

I'll get some tonight for you.

Selling my 1985 Dodge W150. Has ~74,000 miles on it. Supposedly the PO rebuilt the engine and transmission but I have no way of knowing if this is true or not. Truck has a mild cam, headers, weiand stealth intake, and a newer holley 650cfm carb. 100% rust free cab. New OKish paint 2 years ago. Custom flatbed. Truck has a 4" suspension lift and 3" body bushings on 37" military tires. I have a set of 3/4 ton axles with all new joints and bearings and seals to go with it, as well as a set of aluminum wheels and 4 matching 37" tires. Also have brackets to lift the truck another ~5". Truck runs very well and 4WD works. Interior is pretty decent. No rips in the bench seat. There isn't much to the interior in these either though. You cannot get this truck stuck at all. I used it to haul wood and trees around the house but now I'd like something normalish. No real issues with the truck other than a slight "bounce?" around 50mph (Probably due to the large tires). I'd be willing to trade for a plain jane not completely rotted out pickup or $5000obo with all the extra stuff I have to go with it (Axles, wheels, tires, old spare engine disassembled, extra dash, misc. windows, door hinges etc). Located in Logan County Ohio near Bellefontaine.

Justins. Had the same pair for ~4 years now wear them everyday M-F. They're beat up and dirty AF but the soles are still in great shape. Replace the insoles every ~6 months.
