  2. Here is the information I received from ODOT in regards to filing a claim. Worth mentioning that I never mentioned filing a claim or getting reimbursed, just wanted to alert ODOT to a potentially deadly pothole (thing was MASSIVE) on 70 west.
  3. I hit a giant one over the summer:confused: on 70 West; blew out my sidewall. Reported it to ODOT and within 6 hours got all sorts of emails/calls as exactly where it was located. I guess ODOT takes highway/interstate potholes pretty serious. They even emailed me a day later with info on how to file a claim, although I never bothered.
  4. Clay this morning, upon reading this thread: http://www.columbusracing.com/ubb/graemlins/burnout02.gif
  5. Notary's aren't supposed to, but some will. Guess there is no law against it in Ohio?
  6. The title gets notarized with just Andy's signature on it. Buyer #1 doesn't put their info down (for any number of reasons - "I want to put it in my moms/brothers/sisters name" etc). From then on basically anybody can sign the title into their name and then take legal possession of the vehicle. Risky, risky shit (as my buddy unfortunately found out, the hard way)
  7. As with my buddies case, he had his truck stolen with an (open/floated) title in the glovebox. The thief went and titled the car in his name the next day, and the day after that sold the truck to a lot. Cops couldn't/wouldn't do shit. Thief said he bought the truck and that my buddy was just pulling a man in the middle act (as mentioned above). Only repercussions he had was to take the matter to civil court.
  8. I heard that there Ohiogamefishing.com is fairly reputable - lots of guys from here are on there under the same screen name(s).
  9. Frankfort (MI). Sweet little town, great for families/kids. About 6 or 7 hours, we go up every year.
  10. I thought this shit only happened in Russia (Slightly :nws: for language).
  11. Edit, NVM, get what you're saying (finally...durr)
  12. Im assuming you meant Seller one to buyer three?
  13. I.E. the title was "Open" (Notarized without a purchasing party) ?. Thought the State was cracking down on that? Buddy of mine had his car stolen with an open title, got fucking hosed, then again he sort of deserved it for not putting it in his name asap (and leaving the title in the glove box...)
  14. Not to come off as a newb, but what's "floating a title"?
  15. And LOL @ the pic where it looks stranded on the side of the highway, didn't it have a crank sensor issue or something?
  16. Probably trying to flip it before Carfax shows he recently purchased it.
  17. I love how every down-the-totem-pole OSU QB has eclipsed their highly-ranked predecessor, in the course of one season none the less. Braxton who? JT-wha?
  18. Cool build, as always, love your taste in wheels.
  19. As Jones said those aren't legit end-user keys, they're developer keys meant for developers. Don't be surprised when they expire and/or Microsoft blacklists your MAC address.
  20. Student copy is a much leaner program then professional plus.
  21. Dude looks high as fuck, he can't figure out the cop isn't in the car and is actually standing right next to him.
