  1. I picked up a 1984 Corvette that had been setting in some guys storage for 12 years. I got it running last year but it's how old.... Front and rear mains were leaking, hp was nothing to speak of, clutch was slipping with 130k on the clock but the trans (4+3) shifted fine. I picked up a 99 LM7 and swapped in an LS1 cam, LS6 springs, LS1 Fbody injectors and a Tune from Brian at Dyno Tuned. Nothing huge but reasonable to wake her up Pulled the old engine, fab'd in the LM7. Just took the first drive today, way more enjoyable to drive! Still in progess, wiring is all stock and uncut yet (still need to order a smalled fuse block). Tight fit in there, Hooker LS block huggers clear well, used the stock frame motor mounts with 1" setback block plates I made and solid mounts. Fbody LS1 clutch, flywheel, pilot bearing with a long throw out bearing (this is using the original Doug Nash 4+3). Used a 468 truck bellhousing (everyone else seems to use the 621, the 468 was free and fits well!) and made a bracket to adapt the slave cylinder too. Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk

  8. Yeah, makes me wonder why I've been beating the piss out of my 92 for the past 9 years, one day it'll conpletely break like everyone else'..... Up until this year my wife DD her 91 for the past 5 years, now its a couple days a week... Anyways, keep the updates coming coltboostin! Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
  9. I'd say go for the 5.0 swap! To be honest an LS swap is easier wiring wise.... But I've been helping a friend swap his 67 Mustang. 5.0l and AODE from a 94 GT. For fitment it bolts in but you'll need to fab a trans mount, driveshaft, exhaust, fuel system (we used an early 90's F150 frame mount pump), modify the strut tower brace, modify the shift linkage, we swapped the throttle pedal and cable from the 94 over as well, old 302 oil pan (I'll have to check noted on what waterpump/pulley combo ect), and the wiring, uhg, if you have time to strip it all out, took me a bit but it's running and sensors wired into the factory dash with the ecm under the dash. (Still sorting out the AODE as it needs the VSS and the factory is cable drive...). I'll try to get updated pics as this one was a couple weeks ago. It takes time but so nice when she roars to life plus the fuel injection and overdrive is nice to have....
  10. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/1433679590/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1496551380&sr=8-1&pi=SL75_QL70&keywords=love+dare It isn't easy, you'll mess up, but it does help or it did for me..... Even just strengthening a marriage. Fast forward 2 years later and nothings ever perfect but still together and way better as well as stronger as a couple. We lost sight of who we were and what it was really about.

  12. Glad to hear the treatment is working! Congrats! I've always had great food and service from Carrabba's (reasonable pricing for the budget), BJ's Brewhouse has good food as well (as suggested), Schmidt's Sausage Haus is really good and has amazing desserts, Rodizio Grill is awesome for all you can eat carved meat served to you (they have a salad bar as well), really depends on what you two like and want to go out for though.
