  1. Yeah, people here like to comment on prices for things they have no clue about (Miller). You'll get close to your asking price so long as both teams keep winning. Maybe even more.

  4. 5 months later, I am counting down the days. Increased my rental portfolio by 3 since this thread and flipping 2 houses right now with a new build project in the works. I always knew someday I'd reach the crossroads of having to make the choice between corporate and real estate- I'm here now and the decision is clear. Having a minor surgery in January and bonus pays out at the end of March, I'm out in April. Terrified beyond belief, but sometimes you just have to take a chance. Wish me luck, boyz.
  5. Yeah, honestly outside of Big10 Network, there is nothing I can't watch, at all. Antenna covers 4/6/8(28)/10, and Sling has ESPN 1 & 2.
  6. Looks awesome man, nice job! Haven't sold the house yet. It's at a price point that only attracts a certain crowd, and we've gotten REALLY positive feedback on the finish work on the house. There was one person seriously interested but walked away because our abatement app isn't complete yet (not our fault), another person who lowballed us and another person who said it wasn't big enough. It'll sell. Not even close to worried until we start to get into the 320 area.

  8. I have Hulu just as a $9.99 service and it sucks balls. I have had Sling for 2 years ($24.99 a month) and have zero complaints. I'll be dropping Hulu and picking it back up for Handmail's Tale, but otherwise, I would pass on their main stream.

  14. Yeah, he's going to the NFL either way. I still think if he doesn't come back at all this year his draft stock drops. Like it or not, talent gets forgotten if there's an injury that prevents someone from playing nearly a whole season. And to be clear, he isn't dropping to the 2nd round. I mean he might drop from 1-2 to 5-7. Big deal. I wouldn't rush it either way, just saying, he won't be a possible #1 overall pick if he doesn't come back and get some film against top talent.
  15. Yeah, you also aren't getting hit in the gut every down either. He's projected to be a top 2 pick. Guarantee that drops if he doesn't come back at all this season.
  16. NFL teams will want to see that he's tested the injury post-surgery. It'd benefit him to come back and get some playing time against top competition. Otherwise, that injury will be an asterisk next to him name.

Just saying that some people have an issue paying ~$500 (I can't remember exactly how much mine was) for a few sheets of paper, but it'll save you a ton of headache in the future. But as I mentioned- an official Operating Agreement for you and your partner's busienss will take care of everything you're looking to accomplish.
  19. I don't understand the question. Sounds like more of a statement. Are you asking what sort of agreements you should have? Operating agreements handle that. If you need someone to write it up, contact Josh Fravel (my attorney). 614-735-4445. It'll cost you under $500. Don't fuck around with this kind of stuff if you're clueless (no offense, but that appears to be the case). Spending the money now will save you big time in the future.

    Yeah- kind of what I was thinking. Judging by the cars in the background, the guy knows his stuff, so why would he be selling it at such a good deal? This doesn't appear to be a grandma that you can take advantage of like typical CR deals (not me).

  24. 335i for sure. That was one of the most fun cars I've ever had, plenty roomy, 4 door, 6 speed, RWD (AWD available). Fuck I loved that car. Sucks I have to see Steve's white-sunglassed ass drive it away when we meet up for lunch.
  25. Won't matter either way. I bought my house for 300k, it went from 50k value to 150k value and my taxes are still only like $1200 at my personal house. This area is also eligible for a 15 year Abatement. This is why it's such a hot area right now.
