  1. Thanks man, I'm happy with the timing and really how the whole project came out.
  2. Yeah, taxes on the house are under $1,000 a year, it's unreal. Had an open house today and had over 10 families through. TONS of positive feedback. I think we might be priced a little high, will probably drop it to 359,000 in a week or so, but a ton of traffic on a shitty day is a good sign.
  3. Fuck man, I know. Drives me absolutely insane. Our contractor installed them wrong and we cut the bottoms around the trim so we can’t flip them.
  4. Thanks- in OTE, a huge market. 12 houses down just sold the first day for 394k, 1850 sq ft instead of 2074 for us. They had a garage though. People don’t buy in this area for schools, it’s all location. I live on this street and paid 300k for mine 1.5 years ago and the value has only went up since.
  5. House is done! Pics here: http://hdtour.photoshelter.com/gallery/973-Rich/G0000oW_m8Kxs1yU/C0000R1EL1jbPxC8 Listing here: http://ferrarihomegroup.com/property/973-E-Rich-St-/Columbus-/Ohio/43205/1543280 Fucking thrilled with how it turned out. Pray for me brothers, that it sells.
  6. I don't mean to sound like a dick, but staying outside of NYC for a trip to NYC will be huge disappointment. Part of the experience is staying directly in the city. It sucks that hotels are more money, but it's just part of the cost. I wouldn't recommend staying in NJ and going back and forth. Just think about having a great dinner in the city- nothing will kill the experience more than saying "okay, time to take the smelly ass train home". It'd be much better to walk through the city back to your hotel. Find a decent priced hotel and experience all NYC has to offer. Again, I suggest the NYLO as a reasonably priced hotel in a great area and a VERY cool vibe, but I'm sure there are others.
  7. Yeah that was the 1 in the 1/4 lol. I agree- only one I would have changed on your picks would be taking Auburn- I don't believe in any Pac-10 teams after their bowl showing last year.
  8. 1/4 on your picks (outside of OSU) haha. Crazy weekend in CFB and week 1 is always so hard to pick. You nailed it on Haskins. Dude is accurate and a true passer...he'll have a long, successful career in the NFL at this rate.
  9. What’d you do at LB? I used to work there too and went to NYC a lot. Check out the NYLO. Not free parking but the hotel fare is reasonable and right by the subway. Right off 79th
  10. I literally said the EXACT same thing to my girlfriend. Like really? The best they can do is highlight his 40% HS stats? Lol Burrow looks good. Not crazy good, but good. Playing a decent team too.

Gorgeous dogs- I love Dane's! Congrats man.
  12. I've actually thought that too- not sure why they're ranked so high and getting so many picks to make the final 4. Their QB is mediocre at best and their defense isn't anything to write home about. We'll see- maybe we're missing something. What is everyone's for UM vs. ND this weekend? 2/4 of my least favorite teams so we'll see how it goes.
  13. I always enjoy reading these...keep them coming all year man! Go Bucks!
  14. Except this guy specifically said he was aware his price may be off, so we provided courtesy feedback.
  15. Good looking truck for the miles, but yeah, a bit over priced.
  16. Nice bike and appears to be a good deal. However I don't have a need for a $500 bike because I'm a novice rider. If you're really flexible for a fellow CR member I'd love to take a look.
  17. I'm 5'11 with long legs. Am I fucked?
  18. Went to the gym this morning and did some treadmill work after weights and my foot felt totally fine- was kind of excited. Got out of the shower and it's like fucking throbbing...I am facing the sad reality that I don't really have a choice but to get this done.
  19. I use the same guy for all my rentals- same guy Steve is referencing. His price is unbeatable, guaranteed. For context: he is replacing a furnace, A/C and redoing all the duct work at one of my rentals for about 50% of the cost that a friend was quoted just for doing furnace and A/C. His name is Lee: 614-353-8183, let him know Brad sent you.
  20. I definitely wish I had that Bunion, ha!
  21. Strange, I know. But at 28, I've got a really gnarly bunyon on my left foot that's been causing me some serious pain. Went and got it checked out today and they're recommending surgery. Basically, they said I can treat it where it won't get worse, but there's nothing I can do to make it "better". Knowing that I may not have health insurance/disability pay at my job forever (once I become a real estate agent I lose that), I'm thinking about just going for it now rather than wait for it to get worse. Anyone had the procedure done? Apparently, there's a new one that's significantly better than the "old way"...outpatient, can walk in a boot in a week, and can be back to normal in 4 weeks.
  22. What's everyone's gut feeling? I have this wrenching feeling in my stomach that Meyer will be let go...
  23. Hey, send me a text. I got your PM but having issues sharing the contact. 614-309-2158
