hmmmm, have not heard of those tires. Did a quick Google search, and they look ok....tread pattern looks somewhat aggressive. I would just run the pressures with what the Ford recommends and then go from there based on how they 'roll over.'

It really depends on what specific street tire you are running. What tires are you running? Does it have a stiff sidewall?

Typically start with the pressures that are listed on the inside of your door, maybe 5 lbs higher than that. Typically there will be arrows on the side your your tire where the surface patch and the sidewall meet. You want the tire to rollover right where the two meet(at the point of the arrow). I typically put shoe polish or something else over the arrow, sidewall, and surface patch to determine how far it is rolling over. From there, you can determine whether you should add or let out some air. With that low of a sidewall, it will probably be pretty stiff.

What autocross are you doing?

never really liked them. However Stas works there.

The ONLY reason I go there is for Stas.......does a fantastic job with alignment....would NEVER take my car there for ANYTHING else

Until they make a 1.6 liter car, you wont see them in WRC again.

Subaru mainly left because they banned AWD cars, not because of engine size.

Any updates?

Going in one hour to A2Z. I am staying while they do it since reading the above story is making me a bit cautious.

Let us know, I'm getting mine tinted in the next couple of weeks

so, am i the only one that is kinda disappointed in the job A2Z did? my car reeks of cigarette smoke from them and i can't roll my windows down to air it out

 

there is also lots of little gaps where they missed covering the window. my husband is going to take it back when he gets a second.

 

he also said it looks like they nicked my trim when they were slicing the film

 

so now i have a question...who does tint where they remove panels and get all the windows done really well? i might have to get it redone in the future. if it's not perfect, it will bug the shit out of me. there's a spot in one of my front windows that i can see day light and it just drove me nuts on the day i drove it back home.

Carrabba's, Marcella's, Polaris Grill, Giammarco's, Mitchell's, Hyde Park, JAlexanders (must make reservations), J Gilberts.....somewhere classy....do NOT take her to Red Lobster or Olive Garden (too cheesy)....take her somewhere she wouldn't expect to go, and that has a little class.....Have a couple of option for after dinner and ask her to pick...somewhere fun like D&B and then another place that may be a little more quiet (in case she prefers that and you don't know it) If she won't pick, then you'll have to man up and pick....
