  1. So when you bringing it to my house and I get to go for a joy ride? :-)
  2. All I can recommend is getting good number of quotes for something like this. Had an issue with mine a few years ago and got it fixed ( although I cant remember off top of my head who we used ) but quotes to fix it ranged a LOT. As in differences of thousands of dollars range, with variety of repair methods.
  3. I've used Phil Carter Painting in the past and they did an awesome job. They did interior of my house last year and looks great, known the owner for years now, good friend of mine. 614 507.5744. No idea what the schedule is like for them but worth a call to get a quote
  4. I'll be out and about, hunting down Wags for either a beer or picture! :-)
  5. Just as FYI, I would never put down money up front as FYI. You get paid when the job is done to my satisfaction. Neighbor had a guy do that, gave quote for replacing all his gutters ( which were sorely needed ) and said needed some money upfront to buy some the materials to get started, got a written quote and all. Guy took the deposit money and disappeared. Just personal recommendation, although I guess it may be slightly different if looking at a larger job like kitchen remodel or something like that as I doubt most guys/smaller companies would have the capital to drop few K into materials until it was done. For those who have that done, larger jobs, do you typically pay as materials are needed for new counters, sinks, tubs, ect ect? Just curious what the standard for something like that is. But yes, finding a good SPECIALTY CONTRACTOR :-) can be very hard and once you do, they are typically very busy.
  6. Just out of curiosity, those who have been hosed by contractors, are you getting your stuff in writing before the work? IE what exact work is to be done, for how much and time frame to completion. Anytime I've had the above, hadn't had any issues and one time the job was running longer then expected due to unforseen issues, he just let me know up front and I was ok with it since he kept me in the loop. Granted, I have had some estimates done before when I told them upfront that I would want all this in writing before and never heard back from em, even if their bids were reasonable. Some of them may have been the scam artist / dirtbag folks you speak of.

    Pallet

I've done that before when needed one, just go inside and ask a manager if they mind if you took one. Wood ones they usually dont care about. Done it half dozen times and only had one place tell me that I couldn't.

    Debt cleanup

I would imagine just started with where you or the family had treatment / care and asking for copies of your bills to see what all is owed first and to whom? And they generally will not negotiate rates down at all unless you are seriously behind on payments.
  12. Much want! Just not with 15k dealer markup... But honestly, the base 350 is lower then I was expecting, thought it would start in the middle to high fifties.
  13. The monthly I don't know as I do my own but that sounds about right on taxes. Right about in line with what I pay and I shopped around a good bit with various tax places prior.
  14. Car Radio and Guns for Hand is more their normal sound/style. I like House of Gold a lot but it's more of a one off from their normal sound if that makes sense.
  15. Car Radio, House of Gold and Guns for Hands are few of my favorite songs of their and decent sample of their style.
  16. Already had it marked on my calendar to go right from work tomorrow to pick it up from Best Buy. :-)
  17. Saw last night and thought it was pretty good. Def lots of action to say the least. Ha...
  18. This thread makes me sad. But I understand too, been there before. Good luck with sale home skillet.
  19. Good to know. I forget every year and end up sitting in traffic trying to find my way to C and C... Thanks Brian
  20. Thanks for the update! Love their stuff, see em every chance I can get when in town. When is the new album dropping? Somebody told me May but no idea if that's correct or not...
  21. Did they happen to mention how big a crack could be repaired? I just saw yesterday that I have a hairline crack in the bottom of the windshield but it's about foot and half long. Cant feel it at all on inside or outside of glass when running your fingers over it which is odd and didnt know if that could be repaired or windshield would have to be replaced but havent called any places yet on it as just found it
  22. Looks like a whole lot of fun Doc, congrats!

Also, anybody know if Honda has a preferred buyers program like the X or A plan that Ford has? Only ever bought a Ford new and used the A plan, didnt know if Honda has something similar.
