  1. Has loads of fucking hot chicks. That is all. :fa:
  2. I shoot mostly for web in RAW format then convert as necessary, and I've only had 1 picture printed. Toss in that with an uncalibrated laptop monitor and it leads to hilarity :fuuuu: Mine is supposed to be 14 bit, but by the time Nikon's internal processing gets done compressing it it's closer to 12 bit. I'm still a newbie though, and relearning everything I used to know about photoshop, so all in due time. I'm terrible about doing PP as well, I usually just use images straight from the camera.

Could it be backlash related? If it uses a crush spacer to keep the pinion in line it could compress under lots of beatings. Either that or the carrier bearings, mine used to scream like a virgin taking a telephone pole until I did my bearings. She's a lot quieter now, although still makes loads of noise through the heim joints.
  4. 4agze in 2nd gen trim (AE92/101 blocks/internals) Most diesels etc. etc.
  5. D5000, I need to remove it from Adobe RGB, the 8 bit color spread is killing me. On the upswing I picked up a 50 1.8D this week so I've been playing with that a bit, manual focus is a bit trickier than I anticipated given the green dot of joy.

Bashing a bit within two weeks of joining. However I also realize I'm still very much an unknown, so it makes sense.

Damn, I'm not sure if I should be insulted or grateful I missed the hate parade you unleashed. Well, that's enough of me sticking my neck out, back to lurking. And fapping.
  8. True, however for the price you can't complain. With some fab you can run an IRS rear end, and for the total cost of the swap and the chassis you'd be at half the price of a clean S30 without mods. I've been on the lookout for an S30, but atm their price is simply too high. On the upswing, I may have a Starlet that will be rolling into my garage soon enough.
  9. Massively this. FBs are everywhere, and they're dirt unfuckingbelievably cheap. Perfect body w/ blown motor is less than 500 bones if you look hard enough.
  10. Will do shortly, trapped at work atm. :fuuuu: http://i199.photobucket.com/albums/aa103/maddhack86/4link.jpg Top left and Top right are stock 4 link and panhard setup. Angles aren't exact but you get the idea, spring and damper placement are on the ends of the axle. Bottom left, center, and right shows 3 link idea, springs and dampers are in stock locations, just the points have moved. The brackets will have multiple holes to allow for changing of geometry and handling characteristics, no panhard required since the lower arms provide centering without moving the axle laterally.

Just checked the album, didn't know about 1jz and big tarbo. My bad :gabe:

If its a Toyota factory CT turbo that's about it's lifespan :megusta:
  13. Wanted to get some input on an idea I've been punting around for my ae86 for a while. In a nutshell its using a pair of angled lower arms that meet at the pumpkin and run to the frame rails, and a single upper arm centrally mounted on the pumpkin. The chassis pickup points will be either cage or unibody frame rail mounted, if they're on the unibody there will be loads of reinforcement to prevent flex. I figured it would reduce binding on the dampers and springs, as well as allow me to fine tune roll center (each of the lower arm mounts axle side will have at least 3" of adjustment for height, 2" chassis side) and roll over/understeer. If the arms are long enough I shouldn't suffer from brake hop, it'll reduce the complexity of my factory rear link setup (4 links + panhard to just 3 arms), remove the binding the factory setup has, and give me a ton of adjustability. The thing that worries me is the twist the axle will have under acceleration, worst case I figured I could run supports along the tops of the axle tubes to the center diff (welded modest thickness sheet w/ large dimples to keep weight to a minimum). It also helps I'm making at best 90 lb/ft of torque :dumb: The only other thing I can think of would be reinforcing the lower damper mounts since they'll be worked a bit harder. What say you guys?
  14. This, 30-45 degrees is the right tension. And its cheaper than buying a gauge.

I'm usually around there at least 2-3 times a week scanning plates. Lots of nada interspaced with huge apartment complexes. And you don't want to see the Toyota, its a rolling ball of fail, AIDS, and horsecock built by an imbecile with the sole intention of being retarded. :gabe:

Okay, I'm going out on a limb here, but I'm probably about the same general size and body build of this guy, i.e.: a human kite with skin stretched over a calcium subframe, but holy shit what has gotten into kids these days? I will not be attending the meet, not because I'm a bitch, but because I drove on Hillard-Rome last night while at work and I noticed that my "sweet Toyota" won't go down the damn road. :dumb: Side edit: I would, however, Regan smash the living shit out of the gf. Granted, by her pics she looks like she's as high maintenance as a Ferrari, but that's okay, I've got a small cobblestone I pried out of an Oxford street and a ball gag.

Let's see..... I see an STI with an exhaust and..... yep nothing else. Nada. Most likely a BOV under the hood, and that's about it. Sweet factory fast car bruh. Does anyone else notice that it looks like his throat is trying to tear itself out of his neck?
  18. She's definitely a plastic bagger. *Note: will provide definition if required.
  19. And red is the fastest color. It's a fact. Discovery would already be at G34.4 right now if we'd painted it red.
  20. I had to stop reading that before I went over the deep end and woke up covered in blood and wondering where my left shoe was. The grammar, oh god, the grammar  A friend of mine had something similar happen in Sharonville, got into his car, 2 hispanic guys jumped him, he got out with a 3/4" ratchet w/ a socket on the end, got one in the back of the skull and started chasing the other. First one he clocked down got up and ran off, I still to this day don't know how (said friend tends to have massive freak strength), realistically he should've been dead from the hit, cocaine must truly be a helluva drug. Who wants to bet the white trash assassin gets a round in him due to castle law going after their original victim?
  21. I'm the short fat one in my family :fuuuu: Dad: 6'9" 190 pounds (maybe 200 now, not sure, its summer so he usually drops to around 165-175 but this year he's doing well) Younger brother: 6'3" 145# I've got at least 3" of shoulders on them, if not a ton more. It sucks, I've got the freakish metabolism, but the bone structure of someone about 50 pounds heavier in muscle mass.
  22. Currently: around 148-150 (maybe 145 after a huge deuce) Want to be: around 135 Height: 5'10" or so Gameplan: start jogging (:dumb:), stop eating crap (:fuuuu:), maybe stop smoking
  23. I've been ordering through Carburetion.com a ton lately. They ship quick as hell (usually 3 days after processing), and they've got lots of good prices. Just an idea if you're unable to find any locals. There's an offroad shop in Cincinnati, up off of Rt. 4, but that won't help you either. Other than that I got nuthin man.
  24. Zoomies out the hood, and then tune it. Do it. :fuckyeah:
