Depending on how old the car is you could get comprehensive (sp?) during the winter months. From what I understand its for when your not driving the car but if something crazy happens to it then its covered, and it keeps the BMV happy.

Have you thought about throwing a little money on top of the gift card and getting a cam or something?

I have a question about the pricing if anyone here knows. I just picked up a set of wheels for cheap, but they have some curb rash. I was wondering if it would make a difference in pricing if I just have them repair the rash but not the finish as I plan to have the wheels powder coated anyways?

Imo I would think they would want to make offerings of higher hp cars (such as sub models) to drive sales, but on the flip side you don't want a bunch of asshats on the road with more power than they know how to (responsibly) use. I think if it weren't for that, I would see no problem with say sub models of pony cars, for instance, having more power than flagships. Though they would probably be just as un-attainable as the flagship.

I have heard that, I will definitely look into it. I made sure to read all the reviews for the press, there were way more good than bad keeping in mind it is a cheap harbor freight press.

I just picked up a harbor freight 20 ton shop press, I suppose we shall see how it holds up. I'm just tired of having to tote parts to a shop that has a press, now I can do that stuff myself. My second favorite tool is a cheater pipe for when air tools are unavailable.

I wonder if the stock brz/frs trans could hold the abuse, and for how long. It would be interesting to drive that car with the GT-R engine and a true manual. It'd be a cool swap in a RX-7 too.

I'm thinking about getting a new (to me) car next year, I've been looking at the Dart (I get a company discount), used Ford Fusions, and used BMW's. I like the Dart as the gas mileage and price are very attractive, but I think in the end I'm either going to go with an older 3 series or a '10 plus Fusion. Who knows though, I will probably change my mind next week. :fa:

I like them. If I were to get one I would probably get a stripper model with the rallye package.
