I work in the shipping department for a company that manufactures industrial air conditioning equipment. I'm fairly happy with it, but I feel I could do better and plan on taking some online college courses and see where that leads me. I'd like to head towards some sort of engineering degree, if i play my cards right I may be able to get the company to pay for school.

I have a 4.7 durango with 126k on it. So far the trans is rock solid. Look for oil leakage, they like to do that. The valve cover gaskets are the most common place for an oil leak, but after I replaced mine there is another leak somewhere that I have not been able to pinpoint yet. Gas mileage is shit, I put a cai on ours and gained 2 mpg. When I'm not posting from my phone I'll post a website for performance stuff.

If the motor was designed to run without a capacitor then you should not have to add one. It sounds to me like you need a motor from a better manufacturer.

Try something like a pie pan or a large dish, put dish soap in the bottom of it (no water), they will jump in and stick and die. It may not get all of em, but it should get a bunch of them. I have also heard of something called sevendust, you just sprinkle it on the floor and leave it. I have also heard of doing the same with Borax.
