  1. Red lighted will send you home every time. Congrats on going to the finals.
  2. I learned that lesson very painfully. Had to make a rear bumper platform for a bucket truck years ago at another job. They did not have a full face helmet that you could see through so I had a pair of goggles that I wore when I would heat stuff to break loose. No problem right? Long story short, I could not even eat a hamburger because I could not open my mouth without extreme pain. ALWAYS WEAR THE PROPER SAFETY EQUIPMENT. lol

A gopro would be sweet to have, but I am on a limited budget so something like this would be good enough for me. Does it record sound? I would assume it does. I'm just not real informed on this type of stuff.

  7. I'm in for the cruise in and conversation. See you tomorrow.
  8. This is what do. Even though I have insurance I go to the minute clinic at the CVS in Pickerington. They are actuall doctors and it's only around $50. The last two times I went there they were not able to help me with what I needed, but they did give me info that helped me to get OTC meds to get better. Plus, since they couldn't actually "help" me they did not charge me so it was almost like free health care that not even the paying customers had to pay for. lol
  9. I'm really dgging the fuel rails but I have to convince myself that I need them lol. Also, I'm trying to get Pontiacfreak142 to get that converter from you.I think it will work great for him with his 383 that may or may not ever get done. lol
  10. I may have one also. pm me if you're interested.
  11. I'll be over there tomorrow night to pick the console cover up.
  12. Ok so I've decide after seeing all these beautiful car pictures that I am going to paint my Cutlass this year. All these cars look so good and I want mine to look nice also.
  13. I'm sorry to hear that your friend is dying. I know losing a friend can be hard, especially if they are a dear close friend. :lolguy::lolguy:
  14. This is a reaaly good idea. If they cannot do it then you may have to have the bad spots cut out. If they are as bad as you say, the heating method may not work.
  15. 10.61 @ 126.6 MPH. My 60' was off though. I was pulling 1.52-1.58 a;; day. Usually I run in the mid 1.40's. I was on brand spanking new slicks, maybe that was the problem???
  16. Come on out and have some OJ or something while you hang out.
  17. Me and about 10 others are meeting up at the Denny's (Rt 158/70) aroud 7:++ for some breakfast before we go to the track. All are welcome.
  18. I remember years ago I raced Eddie on a Wednesday. I didn'y know he was tt and was about half track before he left the line. We had the same dial in so I fugured he broke so I let off. The he started charging at me, I about stabbed a hole in the floor of the cutlass trying to stay ahead of him. I ended up wining the round and learning a valuble race lesson.
  19. Funny how Eddie starts this thread to showcase the work he has put into his car and it turns int a thread about how we feel about the local race track.
  20. Where you able to use all you stock hydraulics?
  21. Where did you get it? I have a stock clutch kit in the car now that I got from advanced. I'd like to exchange the stocker for the LS7 and pay the difference if I can.
  22. The concept of floaters (wheels) are cool in realistic wheel sizes.
  23. I was just getting ready to post that link also. lol
  24. I remember one summer some 7 or 8 years ago they did something that really worked. (or I thought so anyhow) They ran 12 pairs of street, 12 pairs of big dawg, bikes. The lanes were always moving up for alllanes. While you still had to wait to run as the lanes were packed to the pits you at least were moving and it didn't feel like such a long wait.
  25. Will I need an LS7 flywheel?
