Well, I should say that Viper wheels are usually very wide and a CTS-V struggles with a mere 9.5" wide wheel.

CCW Classic is CCW Classic. It was uber cool 15+ years ago and it has a timeless design, but there are others looking better.

Look for STS-V wheels also; you might need a pair of thin spacers. I believe SRX wheels don't fit due to a difference in PCD unless you want to run adapters which may pose problem with effective offset. Keep in mind that CTS-V has a very limited fender well space; a fact that pisses me off. There were CTS-V wheels and accessory wheels in CL in the past; they rarely surface. Viper wheels will work too but those are even more expensive. Just get a set of nice wheels for next summer and use your stock set for winter; they are lousy anyway.

Why would shipping cost $300 ? Did these come from out of the country ? Use your stock ones for winter and buy a set of nice ones for next summer. I can't remember the exact brand name but the maker of Rota wheels has a couple styles with the correct PCD. Other than that, try Forgestar and CCW; past these two, price level gets really high.

Black wheels are still coated by black coating and like black cars, they look dirty very quickly. Two red lights and they have this visible thin coating of dust. Dark gray is a different story but the tried-and-true silver is always the best in looking clean. Although, if you were not against cleaning the wheels often, key-color the wheels. There are very few colors that can pull such a scenario and white, especially white pearl, is one of them. Keep in mind that maintenance will become a part-time job and a half. Please move away from all-black wheels; the color scheme is so passé. It was hot when I had my C5Z06 ten years or so ago. Each of the Forgeline's offerings is good.

Pretty cool. I have wanted an old body (such as the Chevy Apache) on GMT800 or GMT900 chassis.

Eliminate the rear wiper for a cleaner line. Car looks clean and well-maintained. Congrats !
