IMO , hardwood scratches A LOT easier then laminate. There is a reason I use laminate in my dance schools and not hardwood. Besides costs, laminate is way easier up keep and resist scratches better.

What's under your carpet in your basement? I'm assuming concrete and unless you want to float your hardwood you do not want to put real hardwood over concrete. Engineered hardwood or laminate would be the "proper" choice.

So while I was in bama I bought a t shirt hat and zip up to "support" my in laws team. Today we drove back to Ohio and I had it on for the drive. Everywhere I went some dipshit would say war eagle to me. I would just laugh and say war eagle back and the look on their face was pure dafuq?

5th in the country means shit when you have played a bunch of shit teams all season long. OSU was exposed yesterday and if it wasn't for that horrible 2 point try at the end I'm willing to bet they would have lost in OT. My day yesterday would have been awesome watching bama and OSU go down. One did now I have to wait a week to watch the other one go down.

If it was just light fixture in my house that's easy and would certainly do it myself. What I want do e is remove 27 t12 fluorescent light fixtures in my business and install 18 can lights along with two chandeliers. And all that onto 4 dimmers. Not a task I can handle unfortunately.

Hey I'm looking Into hiring an electrician to do some work. Anyone know the going rate for this area either through a company or a certified person on the side? No permitting is required its pretty basic light fixtures in my business. I got a quote for someone to do it on the side and they are quoting 40/hr.

I love broiled steak. Plus it's way easier to control the temp of the steak.

Buy a thick ribeye. Completely encrust the steak in quality sea salt. Wrap the steak back up in its packaging and throw it on the counter for 40 min Open the paper and rinse all the salt off. Pat it dry. Season with pepper and slight garlic and paprika Grill or broil to medium rare temp. Let rest for 10 mins and enjoy a perfectly salted/seasoned steak
