Did a structural engineer examine the house? If they are just cracks, and the foundation hasn't moved...get some concrete in a tube and a caulk gun and fill them...Really not hard to do...

Como is great, no doubt...not cheap...anyone have another company....craigslist has lots of people who will repair on site or take away...Anyone use Pendleton's in Powell-Libery Rd? I need a throttle cable and general tune up...I like the old two strokes mowers and don't want to give it up
