Nice car! Perfect color. I had a silver 2011 with premium package...all but nav. Car just needs a cobb tune and some speakers and head unit to be amazing. They are a blast in the snow with snow tires. Have fun.

you have to be careful...some insurance companies might put theft recovery on the car and will end up on car fax impacting the car's value and lots of explaining if owner ever sells

The law protects the tenant. The owner is in violation-not you. You should have no issue staying the term of your lease. Clearly, you will not be renewing. As you have a valid lease, there is little the condo association can do to remove you. If they trouble you, call the Atty General of the state, or your Congressional representitive-Amazing how quickly things are dropped or fixed when the government intervenes

it is all about price and location...you have good sq footage, nice yard...you don't have granite counters or a great room...not to be expected in this price range, but people still want these things. Open houses are for Realtors to get buyers-rarely sell the house. Give it a couple of weeks and if no offers. Drop the price

I had dunlop wintersport 3d on my sti...they were fantastic and had stiff sidewalls...I also ran the cheapest General snow tire I could find on a Miata last winter and did fine...lsd helped

check with Tire Rack for sizing and options...snow tires make a huge differnence...not necessary on fwd, but it will a beast in the snow with them
