you CAN easily upshift without the clutch. you can downshift without it too, but its a lot rougher lol. as for whether you SHOULD? i use the clutch always. but hey, its your bike do whatever you want

lol i paid 550 for a one bedroom downtown near german village. nice area. garage, washer/dryer, dishwasher etc. not like a studio or something. it had a large living room/dining room, a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom... each room was pretty much a real room.

anyone catch this show on HD theater ever? i watched it the other night for the first time... they went through the suzuki factory and showed how a GSXR is built. it was pretty cool. nearly everything is put together by hand. welding is done by machines, but assembly was all real people. also, i learned that suzuki started out making weaving looms. who knew?

gun locked in a case in backpack and ammo in a tankbag? or vice versa. id think a cop would be happier if the gun was in your backpack and not right in front of you on your tank though... having it in a locked case would probably help too. it may not be 100% legal, im not sure... honestly i would call your local PD or sheriff's office and ask them. but IMO it may look a little better to a cop if its locked up and in your bag. at least you're trying to obey some semblance of the law. if you get a cop who is sympathetic to the cause he may tell you to have a nice day if everything else is in order... or you could get some hardass who wants to take you downtown...

i never use clip master links. except on a dirt bike... honestly though, if you do the clip right with safety wire and some rtv or whatnot, you'll probably be fine

IMO the penalties should be the same then. ORC 4513.03 states: "Every vehicle upon a street or highway within this state during the time from sunset to sunrise, and at any other time when there are unfavorable atmospheric conditions or when there is not sufficient natural light to render discernible persons, vehicles, and substantial objects on the highway at a distance of one thousand feet ahead, shall display lighted lights and illuminating devices as required by sections 4513.04 to 4513.37 of the Revised Code, for different classes of vehicles; except that every motorized bicycle shall display at such times lighted lights meeting the rules adopted by the director of public safety under section 4511.521 of the Revised Code. No motor vehicle, during such times, shall be operated upon a street or highway within this state using only parking lights as illumination" so technically, they COULD ticket you and say that conditions were unfavorable. but really, why WOULDNT you have your lights on in the rain?

IMO if the iphone is the most baller phone out there, then it should do ALL of that right out of the box. it does play youtube videos pretty well though. they are kind of a bitch on my blackberry.
