yeah its weird... the case says 124cc... but i looked the engine serial number up online and they are labeled as a 120. interwebs say bore and stroke is like 55.5 x 49.5 or something like that? i cant remember exactly, but it added up to 118 cc. i will have to take some measurements and see what i come up with. it looks too small to be a 120 though... i have a go kart with a 169cc and its like twice as big lol.

take the caliper apart and clean/lube it the master cylinder could be having problems too... piston siezed or some dirt gumming up the return holes.
