Min wage goes up, a lot of people have more money to spend in US stores. More tax money. Economical boost. This has to happen. You can't ask people to keep working for the same min salary for a decade as their cost of living rises each and every year.

Damn folks. It has to go up sometime. Those of you near my age had a father making less than a dollar an hour as min. wage in the late 50's. As the cost of EVERYTHING has been going up, min wage has not. It had to balance out sooner or later. We are now at LATER. It fucked some people. It helped others. Ha, what happened to this thread? The Ranger is staying 100% stock under the hood. This is strictly for a 30mpg daily driver. I already have a "quick" mini truck. Yes, I still have the Ram and the bike. The Ram has very few miles on it; I'm going to try and keep it that way. Probably sell the Ranger off next Summer.

This thing has a 100% plastic interior. A cloth seat and carpet would be nice. It's an '03, if that matters for interior pieces. And, if you didn't guess, it's a 2.3 / 5 speed... quite possibly the SLOWEST damn thing I have ever sat in. 80 miles so far, and the gas gauge still reads full. Ex-Orkin trucks FTW.
