  1. I fought these same issues for the 6-7 years people used my dad's parking lot. I spent every Saturday and Sunday morning picking up shit around the lot. There is 1, and only 1 way to resolve it. Have authoritative people there walking around and policing it before it gets even worse. Zero tolerance. Once you begin being strict, the 'good guys' will follow your lead and start helping control the idiots.
  2. His ad states it still has his Texas plates.
  3. I think Anthony meant, "it used to be" lowered. We'll see though.
  4. I usually don't post "wow look at this deal" links, but if this ad is legit, here is a 10 sec caged S10 in Ohio with a long list of goodies and extra parts for $7500. http://racingjunk.com/post/715877/s-10-pro-street-drag-or-drive-on-the-street.html Check out his other ads.
  5. Sorry guys, should have replied or closed the thread. Ended up drilling the broken bolts out of the old ones. Thanks for all the replies.
  6. Pay for 1 car and 1 spectator.
  7. *Raises hand... I am running a PAW forged 383 rotating assembly.
  8. http://www.clubhotrod.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=29 As for the combos + dyno results, I'm not sure.
  9. Go to these 2 places. Read. This is the biggest, by far, collection of actual small block combinations with dyno results... http://www.ryanscarpage.50megs.com/combos1.html These guys will teach you a lot. http://www.clubhotrod.com/index.php, then forums, engine talk, Chevy-Small Block.
  10. Let me know how it works out. Thanks for all your time.
  11. I'll be there Sunday volunteering for a "less fortunate kids" outing.
  12. Keep in mind that Columbus is no different than most cities. You'll only see 10-20% of the local cars out on any given night. Add to that the fact that a certain percentage of cars are always on the disabled list. Glad you enjoyed the trip down.

  14. I like them. A lot. Came very close to owning one until a good friend put his 919 up for sale. Came very close again, until I found a rediculous deal on my Mean Streak. They handle great, look good in my opinion, and if needed, you can slap a set of hard luggage on and take a long trip.
  15. Pic - http://www.nurkvinny.com/images/CR/4sale/shelves2.JPG For comparison, the shelves nearest the camera are 5' tall. This pic shows the first level built. I am selling enough for 3 levels of shelving. http://www.nurkvinny.com/images/CR/4sale/shelves3.JPG http://www.nurkvinny.com/images/CR/4sale/shelves1.JPG
  16. Yep. Lop off as much as needed, before you ERECT them.
  17. I hauled 2 sets of metal shelving from Zanesville last weekend, intending to erect them both in my garage. After seeing how freaking big and heavy these are, I am going to sell off a set. These were used by an Ohio utility company to store spools of electric cable. In other words, they will hold a lot of weight. A lot. What I have will make a 12ft long by 9ft high by 3.5ft deep unit. These go together with ~4" bolts, which I probably have enough for you. You'll need plywood to make the horizontal runners (how thick depends on how much weight you need to hold). $50, trade? You will need a full size truck. And yes, I'll grab a pic or 2. Thanks.
  18. I placed 1st in the state Marines fitness tests in 8th grade. I was 1st chair trumpet off and on. I turned wrenches for a paycheck slightly longer than I have been in I.T. (8 years). I rode in the Mt. Dew pulling truck and in LifeFlight, but on different dates.
  19. I can answer 1 of the questions - Autodial and midrange = Victoria's Secret, Lerner and Maurices openings.
