Why not? "Slightly speeding" vs. driving like an idiot are different things. I've lost more than one friend for driving like a dumbass. Each took their lives into their own hands when doing so (me included). I hate seeing these wrecks (and I've seen too many of them), but no one forced these drivers into taking the risks they took themselves.
