  5. So I've been waiting on adjusters and supplements for 2 of the vehicles in the shop. This is always the biggest hold up. I've pushed 4 other vehicles through in that time. Still waiting on a $1600 headlight supplement. Body and Paint work done. http://www.freezeframe.photo/photos/i-GBJ2F6j/0/XL/i-GBJ2F6j-XL.jpg http://www.freezeframe.photo/photos/i-7k7scTb/0/XL/i-7k7scTb-XL.jpg $3600 supplement approval. 6. Based on the size of an average drive way and looking at what was in that photo. Id say the same or a hair less. But like I said ita got weeds growing out of it so would need turned over. Let me see if I can find a pic.
  7. Sounds good, just let me know Sean. Timmy's grill from yesterday... http://www.freezeframe.photo/photos/i-8j7K987/0/L/i-8j7K987-L.jpg Gordon brought his Audi by today for a grill swap also. Its crazy how the same cars come through in waves. http://www.freezeframe.photo/photos/i-c5HDvHh/0/L/i-c5HDvHh-L.jpg
  8. Bring it by sometime and we can go over the car together and see what we can do to it. I've had pretty good luck wetsanding other peoplea paint work. But I'll tell you up front if I didn't paint it I don't know how thick it is. In saying that I've broke through clear because it was too thin.
  9. Well hell if you need more I've got a pile in my backyard thats got weeds growing out of it.
  10. Cody let me know when you're ready. I will constantly be posting in this thread from here on out. Great to catch up with you Tim. One thing I enjoy is when people are available to hang out at the shop for a bit. Keeps me sane. Aaron, does it have the large holes cut out of it? I'll shoot you a PM. Need color info and such.
  11. Today and tomorrow I'm leaving at 5 Friday I'm leaving at 4. Stop by in the afternoon if you can.
  12. Take a hi-res image straight on with no flash and you've got it.
  13. Let me know when you're ready Scott. Dodges get pretty bad on the bedside. Bad design.
  14. One thing I didn't mention is I used to be highly involved with this board and community. I've had 2 major life changing events in the last 4.5 years and that's lead to my slow drop in participation. The 2 events were my 2 kids. I put them before everything including my business. I live my life one day at a time, and if I wake up tomorrow and want to hang out with my kids I simply don't go in. Now this is based on work load in the Shop not just "screw all the cars and people" Im hanging with my kids. I work crazy hours as mentioned. I've had customers drop cars off or pick up at midnight. I've spoke with customers at 1am (Eli) to give updates on Insurance work because he was overseas and it fit his schedule. Ive work weekends to keep customers out of rental cars. Maybe around fall I'll get some barrel fires burning and have everyone out for an evening.
  15. Thanks Eli! The end of every conversations always go something like " I hope I never have to see you again" It's always great to catch up with returning customers. Nice to meet you today David! Beautiful car! Brian I'm working on something like that now. I loved having the 4th on Broad St. I do miss certain things about that building.
  16. Never. I put 20 miles on it about a month ago. It needs washed and the cover put back on it!
  17. http://www.freezeframe.photo/Browse/Other/Shared/n-KrZxDQ/i-MsGLPNN/ASo some of you know me, some of you do not. My name is Kevin Clifford and I own Clifford Automotive LLC. I deal with clientele from all over central Ohio, from car collectors in Delaware, Company Fleet vehicles, Dealers, Service Shops, or a guy who just need a bumper cover scratch fixed. I'm a 1.5 man shop, for the reason being I can control the level of expectation my customers want. If I don't like it, it doesn't leave. While sometimes communication may be short on my end dealing with initial contact. This is the problem of being a one man show. Other issue that arise from being a one man shop, is being at the shop during full business hours. My days start at 7am and ends around 9pm on a daily basis. Unfortunately only half of that time it seems is spent at the shop. Here's some of what I work on... http://www.freezeframe.photo/Browse/Other/Shared/n-KrZxDQ/i-MsGLPNN/A 2009 Jeep Patriot. I've documented improper previous repairs, that lead to the extent of damage in this accident. http://www.freezeframe.photo/photos/i-MsGLPNN/0/M/i-MsGLPNN-M.jpg 2011 International from Capital Towing, one of my fleet accounts. Truck was in for paint spots and full exterior detail. And I mean FULL! http://www.freezeframe.photo/photos/i-hPKkqMM/0/M/i-hPKkqMM-M.jpg Simple hood refinish on a Ranger, just left 2 hours ago. http://www.freezeframe.photo/photos/i-FxQMbDR/0/M/i-FxQMbDR-M.jpg Parking lot fix and new customer. Prior shop recommended replacing the hood with full blends. Reshaped the hood by hand and sent David on his way in less the 10 mins. http://www.freezeframe.photo/photos/i-qqjMQ3p/0/M/i-qqjMQ3p-M.jpg Returning customer, vehicle was backed over by SUV. Repairing hood, replacing front cover and full blends. http://www.freezeframe.photo/photos/i-vfVXds5/0/M/i-vfVXds5-M.jpg My best method of contact is my cell phone. 614.806.4497 If you dont get an answer leave a message or send a text.
  18. I never received an email from you with the requested information. However, I did receive requested information from 6 other customers and insurance companies. I'll just assume you didnt send it or you typod the email address. I'm sure whatever shop you choose to take it to will give you 8 hour turn around time for a brand new cover. Did you ever think to call the number on the right side of my signature? Im sorry dropping your car off took such effort. You know, pull up, get out, keys in box, drive off leaving the first vehicle behind. I guess we never established a time other then "morning". It's okay, I don't consider this a review. My work speaks for itself, not people not dropping cars off. Frankly, based on this interaction and the last phone conversation, I didn't loose a thing. I appreciate your time. Nailed it!
  19. Nope nothing at all. Its the anitfreeze that goes down and gets into the starter.
  20. Looks like you got yourself into some trouble. GM need to be connected to a scanner and done properly when you get into that kind of repair. This wasnt a simple pad job. I can also tell you without clicking the link above that, thats a vacuum pump. Nothing pushes air into the system, it only draws out. You need to have this thing towed over to you nearest repair shop.
  21. My cells down at the moment. Shoot me your number, I could probably squeeze you in this week before I roll out of town for the weekend. I've got one finishing up tomorrow, and one finishing Wednesday. That leaves room for one more.
  22. Its common for the 3.1 and 3.8s to needs starters because of the leaking intake gaskets.
