Let me clear something up for you. We paint items and vehicles open air just like many other shops do on occasions. So we started painting a car in one area with a car on the total opposite side of the shop. Sorry. The car was wash with something youve probably never heard. My camaro is in the shop along with my boat. If you'd like to run your finger down anyone of them feel free. As you can see In Anthony's signature. That pictures was taken with in an hour after he pulled the car out of my shop and drove it to the dyno. Like he stated his car has been inside of my shop for 4 months. Thanks. I moved building in December of last year. I out grew the building Im in in a matter of 3 months. Im its just getting stacked deeper. In order to keep a decent turn around I need to add space and add bodies.

4180 is zoned as "other industrial" was custom counter top shop. They moved to 40k down the road. Friend of mine leased it. Lighting is not so great. Would need to be upgraded. I would suggest mercury since it needs it. Like I said the office is killer in the place. 4170 is zoned as "small shop" changed in 2002 when i was in the building. I had install 15,000 worth of light throughout the building also in 02. Building improvement by tenate was the paint booth the we built. Im sure this will be disassembed in a few month. if not im going in and taking it down myself when they leave. And we put in about 1500 feet of barbwired slated chainlink, with gate. For truck storage. That building would be really the best for you.

Jeff go drive up Perimeter Dr. There is 1 15K sf building up right now. And there is about to be a 13k sf building coming up soon, I would say in the next 3-4 months. The first building has a layed out office. Nice show room area. Would fit very well for what you are doing. An office for a shop foreman to over see his shop. (Myabe turn it into an engine dyno control room? The second has a 3k add on being nice if you wanted to store projects in the back. Or that area could be designated tuning area. Real nice building, nice then the first. Down fall is the office is not as nice as the first. Those are the flips.

This is 100% correct. Unfortunatly I wonder how many other people understand this? I think with all the above combined we have probably confused this shit out of him. I think we talked before ever so slightly on the topic. Arent you on POTN? I need a general assumption of how many click are on the camera and you can refer back to my way to get that info. As long as no services were dont and it was never reset it should be close to out of the box actuations. That will tell me what I need to know.
