i can tell you from my experience dealing with insurance companies everyday. if this was an insurance deal ricart didnt make the decision to put a used wheel on your car your insurance company did. and the statement about the wheel being hugely discouted, thats a typical wholesale price of a new wheel. i get brand new wheels cheaper then that everyday. not sure if anyone saw the wheels on the black mitsubishi eclipse from dennis pontiac at the car show, (black 18's) but i can tell you we had way less then 150 a wheel in them. dennis wanted them now now now so they ended up paying 315 a wheel because of overnight charges

DO NOT CHANGE TO SPEED DENSITY. MAF cars has so much more oppertunity then SD. Even with high horse you have a better tuning range with MAF.

btw how far were you parked up in the grass because the pics you posted.... the clearance from the "skid mark" and the pole just dont seem to match up for the damage on the fender and damage on the rear cover?

when you park the way you did there not responsible for you car. all tow companys are required to have a 600,000 dollar insurace policy. if your car fell off their wrecker and it got damaged and damaged property or someone elses car itll be covered. tow companies do what they can to avoid damage on vehicles they are hooking,but when your parked illegaly whos fault is it?

it is for 911 cases nextel says please wait blah blah blah because from what the service tech said. when you turn on your phone the closest tower becomes your "home tower" when you drive instead of nextel switching to another tower, your service bounce to your home tower then starts bouncing around tower until it finds your phone.

you know that was the main reason i replied the first time. but as you can see this information never made it into my post. this is true that both officer most appear in court. normally the officer that clocks is the officer that writes, except in fine occasions like this. just to let you know if you ever doubt an officer, dont be scared to ask them to see what they locked you in at. if they can not show you what they locked you in at they can not write you a ticket.
