well since the system has been in many cars and trucks for the past decade i'm not sure why you would have a trust issue (1997 was the first year it was introduced on the vettes) much is the throttle response isn't a issue with the system its how its programed. you see some delay in GM when they have an auto transmission. the vettes have a very quick throttle response and so does my TBSS.

the $35 kits are total junk. you should just step up to the $40 kit for a real nice set up. i had a $100 kit that i got off corvette forum in the vette and never had any issues.

i have 5qt. of 6qts. of POR still. cleaned with their cleaner and etched. it peeled in large sheets off of clean metal.

it will peel off its total crap. go get eastwood chassis black from jegs.
