Check to see if you have a bent backing plate rubbing. The rears rust up the most. Also the rear parking shoe comes apart sometimes and makes te noise.

Being a drag car you should be in the 1 7/8 header range. With a power added you should look into stepped headers.

Very. You'll still have to scrub some but I use vinigar to clean all kinds of stuff. Cuts through greese and oils very well and it's cheap.

The "No WR" means no warranty. So it was old when they bought it or it was a floor model and sold as is.

Two different issues. Needs a 4wd switch and a temp door actuator.

Don't use cheap stuff and you should be ok. Epoxy doesn't soak in though it sits on top and bonds to the roughness from the diamond grinding.
