Mix a cap full of bleach and a cup of water. Spray up in the water drain and air inlet and run with the ac off for 10 min and then do it again.

FYI: those bolts are torqued to 25 ft. lbs. i asked so if i take my wheels apart i know what they are supposed to be when put back together.

dealer or someone that has a scanner that will read ABS. could be a speed sensor, EBCM or even a BPMV. 02-03 were bad years for GM ABS on trucks and i replaced a lot of EBCMs because of it.
