Confessions of a teenage rapist. My ex drank Boonesfarm all the time. I could care less because it only cost me like 1.97$ for a bottle while I got a 12pk of BL (this was before I knew what good beer was).

So I heard this on the radio this morning but really didnt believe it. Well now I see it on CNN.com so I guess its true. http://www.cnn.com/2008/US/03/13/woman.in.bathroom.ap/index.html Fuckin' whacko.

There's a guy that works in my building who rides a Honda Ruckus (google it, its cute) and he's probably 6'3" 280lbs-ish. Definitly a big guy to be on such a small scooter. Kinda funny.

Oh and considering how often you fill up on gas. In driving the Jetta I fill up about once a week. But I drive to grandview on thursday's and friday's so that add's some mileage. If you were to move around here im sure you would only have to fill up once every other week, but dont forget your leisure travel. If your dring to Blacklick every weekend to visit friends and family, then driving around there then you will just negate any saving's you may have made by moving. I usually stick around the Sawmill Rd area on the weekend's so i hardly drive anywhere really.
-
Mer? I dont think its a question of their relationship but of the finance's involved. Evan, I work right off of Schrock and Cleveland and live off of Sawmill. I might have a 10-15min drive to work on a daily basis and there are a few 2 bedroom/2bathroom flats around my area for 600 and under. You'll still have a short drive everyday but it wont be as long as the drive to blacklick. Since gas has gone up (and will only get more expensive) and I just bought a car thats not exactly a gas miser I've been thinking of moving to this area too. But if I do I'll probably move close enough to bike or walk to work and avoid driving my car all together. The problem is I only pay 200$ per month now so it would be hard to justify moving despite how cheap of an apt I find.

Seriously though, if its your private business then keep it as such. The last 2 pages confuse the hell out of me honestly. One person says respect their privacy another says 'fuck it'. Of course maybe its the 5 glasses of Smithwicks I had that make me so confused.... eh im going to bed.

She knows CR better than we thought.

Even if I could i wouldnt. Whats the point? the whole intent of a blowjob is to sitback and relax while getting your knob polished. Why would you want to think about not only sucking dick but trying to enjoy it at the same time?
-
Unfortunatly I havent read through the last page or two but I would like to interject here. If someone is speaking about their relationship (or lack thereof) opening on a public forum then everything is open to speculation. If she or he wanted it private than they probably shouldn't have posted it on a public forum. /drunken post

I THINK he meant to say he was 'joining' a branch after graduating but not neccessarily 'enlisting'. Wrong verbage maybe? At least thats what I hope.
-
That opens alot of doors if you do decide on the military and afterwards want to get into law enforcement. I had a good friend in the Coast Gaurd, he was stationed somewhere in southern Florida so you could imagine the shit he did. Everything from bikini patrol to hunting down drug runner's in go fast boats. From what I understand he was legally considered a federal law enforcement agent. You could look into the Coast Gaurd?

Scott is right (well scott's dad was right anyway) if you join plan for your future. Trying picking an MOS that you can use in the civilian world and it will help you in the long run. If you get in and like it so much you want to blow shit up and make a career then you can make your decision after, but going in trying picking something technical with alot of training. When I was thinking about it I think I was either looking at Diesel Technician or some sort of surveyor (<the sign on bonus for this was like 35k or something rediculous). Have you considered Air Force? Alot of guys in other services will give you shit for it but I CONSTANTLY heard how the Air Force was all around better than any other service. Mostly in the treament of its recruit's but in other area's aswell. Plus if your going in to an MOS with something technical in mind you really cant get much better than the Air Force. Just an idea. Oh and what are you graduating with? Im guessing a BS but in what? That might help narrow down your choices. Have you taken the ASVAB yet?

Is that it?!? If its only costs 75$ for a property management company to handle the paperwork and monthly communication with the tenant then I would say its completely worth it. I thought these companies were alot more expensive.
-
BWHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Thats fucking halarious.
-
Nevermind you pretty much answered my question here. If your going to rent your not going to make any money. Any money that you might profit form the rent will probably go right back into the property itself. Then your held liable for things going wrong, like the roof leaking, fixing any plumbing or electrical etc... What sort of taxes are you looking at if you rent it out? Is the rent considered taxable income? All things to consider I suppose.
-
Whats the specific market like in your neighborhood? Is it full with 100-150k homes or 250k+ homes? This would determine how much you would be able to charge for rent, the higher the rent the more chances your going to get someone responsible who will take care of the property themselves. However charge too much rent and you'll be hard pressed to find someone willing to pay 1500-2000$ just to rent a house.

I never fucking understood this. You can casually check for feet under the stall without bothering anyone rather than giggling the handle. We have a bathroom at work thats semi-tucked away, its only got one stall so I prefer using that one. Traffic is at a minimun so shitbreakers hardly ever come by. This place is mint.
-
HAHAHA SHITBREAKERS!?!?!?! Thats funny.
-
Holy shit... are you a child now? do you honestly need to answer for every little thing. I know its none of my business but hearing stuff like this irks me.

Actually I remember when they first came out Toyota tuned one for racing but it was little more than a marketing ploy. It had no electronic drivetrain at all, just a slightly larger 4cylinder engine and some suspension work done.

If thats true then get the fuck out if you havent already. Im not saying this just for you but for all men. If you constantly have to walk on egg shells around someone just to please them and stay out of a fight then it isnt worth it. Women (and some men) use these pathetic tactic to gain control of a relationship, to always 'be the one on the offensive' as it were. I hate hearing this shit I went through it with my ex and never again. Of course this is just my opinion. Sorry to hear about your situation.

This is the single reason why I never had a myspace page.

While I dont agree with his broad perception of the problem this presidency is at the very least partially responsible for the weakening dollar which really just add's to the price of oil going up. It almost seem's like the more things cost (ie, war) the more money we print. Its pathetic. I'll go back to my original statement. Politician's (this includes the presidency) cannot and should not be held solely responsible for high price's of oil. There are a ton of mitigating factor's to consider when making this argument.

I hate shitting in public restroom's.

I've never chosen an internet forum over a real person so therefore it has never effected my life in a negative way. I may be on here daily but it doesnt restrict me from doing other things. I never think "i could go out with katie tonight but... what if something happens on CR and Im not there with a witty retort?" I think there are people out there who would rather be online than out in the real world. Maybe its a coping mechanism for how they handle the real world. Rather than be in it where they have little power to change things they can be online where they have much more control? Who knows...
