69 all the time. maybe a bit higher in the summer but I've yet to be in this apartment during the summer so we'll see. Ive noticed when i have a fire going the furnace almost never kicks on, it does pretty good at heating the main living area but my bedroom can get pretty cold so thats the downside. I usually have a fire going 2-3 times a week.

THIS. If the new buyer is financing the house via the same bank the bank stands to benefit more than your cash offer. Just a thought though.

My ex got some retarded design on the top of her right foot with her kids initials in it. I had to ask where the initials were it looked so fucking stupid. Anyway, I hear the rib-cage/side of the body is pretty painful too.

Im the youngest of 5, add in the parents and neice's and nephew's and we have to do the same thing. Worst gift I ever gave was when I was young, maybe 12-13. My sister collected Precious Moments figurines so i used an old box to warp her new socks in. Of course it looked like i bought her a 50$ porcelain doll only for her to open it up to 3pairs of brand new socks. I thought it was funny until she started to cry, then i felt like shit.

THANKYOU, ive been thinking of something else to get her this year you just gave me a great idea.

I had them when i was a kid but i can honestly say i was so young i dont remember them putting them in or out but I definitly remember the pain of the ear infections, damn those would keep me up all night.

This is going to be my oldest brother's christmas gift. Kind of a long shot posting it here but figured if anyone's has anything they want to get rid of why not? Looking at either a Bersa .380 or possibly some 9mm variant in a compact size. Possibly open Remington 870/Mossberg 500's as well. Definitly prefer shorter 18inche barrel, sorry no hunting shotgun's please. Im going to hit up Vance's and most likely Blackwing sometime this week but if anyone has anything they want to get rid of or knows someone who does let me know. Thanks.

WOW 3k for that 'joker' watch? really?! Honestly it looks a bit... cheesy i guess. Im sure they make good piece's but I would want something that looks more classy if Im going to spend that kind of money on something.

I wouldnt go so far as to say there were definitly no drugs involved. But never know, maybe she had a heart defect or arythmia of some sort? Basketball player in my HS died at 17 from a heart attack, it happens but still sad to hear.

The woman i spoke to at the office FINALLY called me back (3 days after the fact but I wont be too picky). She explained she put in a call to the claims adjuster to contact me immediatly and to contact Combs Collision with the estimate (which was rediculously low). As for the rate change's she originally said in our initial conversation it was a temporary change for *insert excuse here* and would be taken off etc... she changed her explanation to say it was b/c I had changed my mailing address and despite still being in Dublin and a 43016 area code it was in a different "zone" etc...etc...etc... My question is, the rate was changed BEFORE i gave them my new address so how could she use this as an explanation?! I can understand changing my rate if i move but why such a drastic change, it went from 81$/monthly to 131$/monthly! Thats a pretty big change. At this point Im done with them, Ive made an appointment with Nate at Combs collision (who I might add has been awesome throughout this whole ordeal) for Jan 4th to get my car fixed. I even asked him in the estimate the claims adjuster wrote would be enough and his literal phrase was "hell fucking no". But he went on to explain that he would make them readjust it and assured me Nationwide was responsible for my rental regardless of how long the repairs take (which was a big issue for me).

Thanks, I was thinking the same exact thing. As long as there's no annual fee why lose the credit history you have with that particular companyJust dont use the card.

I cant fucking believe they didnt show the punch. Fucking bullshit. It was funny seeing that dude scared shitless trying to run out of the bar, what a prick. Though mike (aka the situation) can be a d-bag i think he's fucking halarious. He called that bitch a grenade for fucks-sake!

My employer has a VERY similar plan only they cover the first 1k (they as in my employer), then your responsible for 2k, then everything after that is 100% covered by the insurance company. There are also tax kickbacks for it aswell. Im not completely sure how it works because I have the more traditional plan.

I think you might have missed this post I made on page 1... And technically the woman i was talking to wasnt a customer service rep, she was my agent or at least someone speaking on behalf of my agent at my agent's office. When stef (my girl) comes home and tells me the shitty day she had b/c some asshole in wisconsin couldnt get his viagra script on time, i hear her. I have a really bad habit of being "too nice" and in doing so dont get my point across that Im actually really disspleased with my service. So thats what I was trying to get at.

Now that you mention it, it MIGHT be mid term. I honestly dont know when my renewal is up it just always 'renews itself' (for lack of a better term) because ive had them for so long. Regardless i havent done anything to deserve a rate hike, Ive NEVER had an at-fault accident and havent had a speeding ticket in over 4 years. Address change however is different. I think they've been putting me with my parents for a long time. meaning I would get the bs multi-car/multi-driver discount. But I havent lived with them for a while now so im not sure what happened along the way. Anytime Ive needed a new insurance card to keep in my car i always call them and they send it, simple. Oh and that claims telephone number you speak of, yeah they refer me right back to duane poole the same guy that doesnt do anything. I really wish there was a way to talk to his boss. My good friend Nate Combs has dealt with this guy before and said he's just simply a rookie. Been in his position for a little more than a year and doesnt know what he's doing. Every estimate he's ever seen from duane has been way off leading him to think he does it all the time meaning he probably gets dozens of calls every day from body shops and customer's alike.... sweet. Nothing against you but I think Im done with all of Nationwide's reps. Hell she didnt even return my phone call today! Honestly I dont even know if im locked into some sort of contract with them or if i have to wait until that's over (again, ive had Nationwide insurance since I started driving at age 16). Needless to say Im going to shop around.

Ha, no i actually wasnt rude at all. My girl works with customer's and dr's office's over the phone all day so I get to hear the other side of it. I was just ad-libbing most of our conversation but there is a way to come off stern and upset without being rude and i think i got my point across. I just hated the way she tried to give me these simple explanation's that were anything but. Mentioning my age, my recent driving history and changes made to my policy as if i should've known all of this previously. It was almost as if she was trying to talk down to me in a certain way, and i REALLY hate that. I even mentioned to her that i knew it wasnt "her side" of the business when mentioning the claim's process but being my agent she should know someone or something to speed things along. Its not her fault my claims adjuster is an idiot but it is her responsability to make sure im a happy customer.

Oh and not to mention, i told my claims rep, Duayne Poole I wanted a check cut and he just looked at me and said "no ones ever asked for that before Im not sure i can do that". What The Fuck do you mean you dont know if you can do that?! Its my fucking car, its my damn insurance policy. Im held liable for the condition of the car regardless. It became such a hassle that I changed my mind and called my friend Nate Combs (of combs collision) and told him I wanted to get it fixed. In the long run its going to be ALOT more expensive for Mr Poole to fix my car than if he just would've cut me a check.

I agree, however there have been arguments for years going on about a mfg headgasket vs aftermarket. Either way this is a good way to go, you could/should replace the timing belt if you did all of this to ensure your shit doesnt blow. Timing belts need to be done at 100k NO MATTER WHAT! if your previous owner wasnt sure when the last time it was done was or you didnt ask assume it wasnt done.

OUCH! but seriously he's right. Your cars modded which means its been beat on. ALways a good idea to remember "no matter how much you buy the car for your probably going to reinvest that much in maintenance on it in the future" (quoted by Mike at Road Race Engineering). Do maintenance stuff before modd's.

Sweet jesus i was hoping i wasnt the only one who caught onto that. Make a mental note, when buying parts you get what you pay for. Ever wonder why tubular exhaust manifolds made by reputable venders costs a few hundred dollars? Because they're worth it and dont crack like that pacesetter junk will. If you already bought it... TAKE IT BACK! And despite what everyone says about your newly aquired FWD, I say keep it. Just b/c its not AWD doesnt mean it cant be fast or make it somewhat reputable ride. Everyone always equats DSM's with AWD, Ive seen plenty of nicely put together FWD DSM's. If it already has a 16g (which you may want to check on that) then you dont NEED a tubular exhaust manifold. Pick up a used 2g exhaust manifold, get it ported to match a big 16g, MAYBE a tubular 02 sensor housing (at the very least a 2g piece thats ported) and onto a bigger downpipe and exhaust. You dont have to spend, spend, spend and throw parts at a car to make it respectable. The beuty of DSM's has always been cheap speed, there are proven upgrade path's that hundred's of DSM owner's have done before you, follow that and you'll be fine.

CLIFFS: Talked to my nationwide rep, after naming off several problems all i get are vanilla 'copy n paste' answer's. So fucking frustrating.
