Sample of actual conversation i had earlier with my Nationwide Ins agent (ok ill admit some we adlibbed but you get the general idea): "Hi Ryan this is sheryl from Nationwide returning your call" "yeah, sheryl i'll get right to it. I have some complaint's about my insurance. For some reason the rates increased 40$ this month. You keep sending mail to my parents old address, and its been 3 months and my claim rep still hasnt returned my calls regarding a claim i made 1 year ago." "ummm" "anything sheryl, do you have anything for me" "well your rates might go up if you've added any car's to your policy recently" "no shit sheryl" "well i guess we can rule that out. It seems Nick (*who the fuck is nick?) added something to your acct, oh i see it, you have a violation in Dec of 07" "yeah that was a non-moving violation, my tags were outdated" "oh" "well can you tell me why its just being added to my policy NOW if it occured in Dec of 07?!" "....." "ok well i can see its kinda tough for you to keep up so how about we move to the address issue" "well you know sometimes its cheaper for young people..." "im 26" "... oh, well sometimes its cheaper for young people to stay ontheir parents insurance for the multi car discount, as long as you live together" "Sheryl i havent lived with my parents for 4 years. As i stated before im 26 years old so Im pretty sure any advantage i MIGHT get from my age I would have already received by this point and Im not exactly living under my parents wings anymore. Ive had a multi car discount by myself and it was actually CONSIDERABLY cheaper to have one car, one driver, one policy" "......" "hrmmm ok well lets talk about why i havent gotten any contact from my so called claims representative in over 3 months when i filed my claim last year?" "can i call you back tomorow Ryan?" "sure thing Sheryl, talk to you then, merry christmas" "talk to you then Ryan, thanks" Needless to say as soon as i get my pos jetta fixed its on to a new insurance agent. Fucking rediculous. note:i changed the agents name. Ill give her the benefit of the doubt and say she was TRYING to pacify me to keep me happy but for some reason it felt like she was not only trying to talk down to me with her simple explanation's but that she just wanted to get off the phone period.

Its always been my experience that they do have alot of leeway with their position, thats why your suppose to be nice and courteous to possibly sway the officer's decision one way or the other (suckup, yeah i know). However to say that Freitag SOUNDED like he was speeding is fucking rediculous. kudo's to that guy for keeping up the fight too, hopefully this will set a precedent and make it easier for everyone else to fight questionable tickets.

Same thing happened to me, they told my brother and myself it would be back in 1-2 weeks and we had a call within 3 days to come pick it up at their office. I think its just something they say to keep people from bothering them during the process, or maybe they would just rather people go elsewhere than Franklin county to get their license?

My problem with the Smart car is it doesnt have THAT great of fuel mileage compared against econo cars that are bigger/safer and just as cheap. I would drive this mitsu if i had a family to keep down on costs. I might look at owning an older, larger vehicle or truck for convenience purpose's but only if i could own it outright and not have the overhead of another monthly payment.

Last wed. Im probably wrong in mentioning Tire Kingdom, maybe its called "Discount Tire" off sawmill right in from of sam's club/home depot? Either way, it was a competitor to NTB which was the point i was trying to make. I just kick myself for not being more selective, i bought 4 tires from that NTB location in the last 6months and kinda wonder how much i couldve saved if i had shopped a bit, oh well.

Whatever you do Tim, shop around. I bought a tire at NTB off sawmill for my brothers Expedition, he suggested we drive down to Tire Kingdom to get a better deal, one phone call later and we get 20$ knocked off the price. Im an idiot for not shopping around and maybe busting some balls of the service writer to get me a better price.

ARE ALL THE CHRISTMAS LIGHTS! I went to 2 stores yesterday to buy shit and they were all out, the little they did have left were shitty 25 count lights that i didnt want to waste my money on. Lowe's and Andersons off sawmill were both out.

I totally agree with you on this. I, personally, have dumped two women because they were so driven by their own personal "life schedule" (ie, have to meet the man on my dreams at 24, married by 26, buy house at 26, first kid by 27, second kid by 29 live happily ever after, etc...) I have another friend who is such a head case about this she thinks since she's made it to the ripe age of 27 that no guy would ever want her her dreams of becoming a housewife etc... will never happen and she'll become the old 'cat lady' in her apartment building. I keep telling her you cant rush chemisty, if it happens it happens if not then keep going.

Ok, i hate to admit it but im a big fucking dork and watch star trek. Shit like this makes me wonder if there is life (and why not?) AND they have the ability to travel long distance's why would they come here?! We're so emersed in our one bickering and fighting who the fuck would want to visit us? Or communicate with us for that matter? I do wonder if it will happen in our lifetime though.

I havent read everyone else's reply but i will say the two restaurants ive been to were fairly good. Restaurant Japan was really good but it was my first time ordering sushi so I didnt have alot to compare it to. and Sushi En by Rave movie theaters in polaris was really good when i went.

Did they move? Last time I was there it was a real nice space just a bit small, from the pics it looks like they moved to a bigger facility. Always felt kinda out of place working out there, maybe it was b/c I was the only one there at times? Nice place wish i could go again sometime.
