I replied to your PM, but thought of something else. I remember a guy renting a small 6'x6' or 8'x8' storage unit off of West Union (SR-56) just west of SR-682 past the Sunoco station on the left as you leave campus. Hope that helps.
I'm sure PGR (patriot guard riders) will make the viewing and funeral, I'd be there if I weren't working. Go and show our support OR, you don't have to be in the military to ride with PGR, just bring a 3'x5' US Flag.
welcome back to the street, I rode with you and 3-4 other RC51's (and an old cbr600 and SV1000) down in NKY before your accident, I'm in Columbus now. Glad to see you're back at it after a little much needed down time!
I saw a few motorcycle rental places around when we were there in 2007. I think Honda shadow's rented for $80/day and dresser hogs were up to $150/day. We didn't rent a bike, but took our Jeep to Hana. It's an all day trip depending on where you're staying. If you do rent a bike, be careful as the road narrows to 1 lane a lot and all the curves are blind once you get on the mountainside/cliffs. Very awesome scenery! I think we took a few hundred pictures that day, you get to experience an entirely different side/climate of Hawaii. Have fun and post pics once you return!
I saw your comment about Glocks, but just to put it out there, a friend is selling a G27 with night sights, $500. I doubt he's put 250 rounds through it.
I didn't read all 16 pages of posts, but I'd sugget the Honda RC51...torque monster...sounds amazing...spirited bike for the soul. Only downside is they don't make them anymore.
Not mine, but I ran into someone who's selling. 2006 Honda RC51 5,500 miles Power Commander Akrapovic exhaust, Carbon Fiber slip-on $7,000 Let me know if you're interested and I can get you in contact with him.
I've never been a fan of TB's, just my opinion. I'd sell the TB, get a PC and a good map. I have Sato's and a friend of mine has Leo on his RC, if I had to get something other than Sato, I'd go with Leo.
