  1. Sounds like I should plan on one.
  2. Wondering if I should do a dyno day this year. Wondering if I should take a 1 year break from it. My fear is dyno days might be not have the same interest as before. Hmm.
  3. This makes me sad Mike. I guess I need to go through your list and see what I can use for the blue mustang. Will review it in greater detail when I have time.

    E-85

I agree with Bill on this. Get the blend up over 80%. Another option is to purchase E85 from a manufacturer that comes in right at 85%

    Thanks for the Cupcake.
  8. Thank you friends. Today was a good day.
  9. Thank you for the bday wishes. Had some tuning this morning and afternoon. Getting ready for dinner with a lady friend.
  10. How many cubes Nick? I would rock one as a piece of artwork in my house.
  11. That is not what your Buddy Bob says.
  12. This car makes panties wet...... Just Saying.............
  13. Sorry to derail your thread. Carry on....
  14. Find a rich milf and keep her happy.
  15. 2.9 Whipple - E85 - 800 wheel. Shoot I thought that was an option.
  16. Good thread to start. Hopefully it stays on the track for a couple of pages. My fear is that it will be locked at some point.:lolguy:
  17. 8 psi on a small turbo is not going to move as much as 8 psi on a bigger turbo. Airflow>PSI
  18. Lets not worry about it tonight. I think it I would like to see the thread first. If all looks good then go post it on the corvette forum. I am not asking you to lie Matt. I know you did not mention my name. I also know you were not as truthful as you could have been with everyone on the corvette forum. I hope this is not asking too much from me. I think I am handling myself in a professional matter given the fact I have earned the name "Angry Dyno Man". At some point Matt you may want to consider asking the higher ups of this forum to delete this thread and leave it and its contents in the past. I can tell you the Matt I met in person is not the same Matt posting in this thread. I just do not see the point of this thread going on......
  19. Let me think about this Matt. Whatever it is I want it to be a positive post regarding the situation. There is no need for any finger pointing. I work really hard to keep my reputation on the up and up. It is important to me what people think of Dyno Tune. If I make a mistake I man up to it and do what I can to make it right by the customer. Ask Wagner about his car. What happened was a honest mistake. I am pretty sure he will tell you that I took it very serious to make sure it was taken care of. All I am asking for is to share the truth with the forum. I did say it was ok to drive the car. I did not give you my blessing to go out and run it through the gears with the increased boost. I told you a couple of different times that we need to check a/f's and tune for the increased boost. So the place that I was measuring boost gave us a reading of 8 psi. I think you had said a couple different times the car was only making 5 psi on your gauge. So when the motor let go how much boost were you seeing on the gauge? If you were seeing 11-13 psi compared to 5 psi, One can only guess how much power the car was making compared to the power on the dyno. I remember expressing my concern to you of the dead 02 sensor. I expressed my concern regarding the number of exhaust leaks. I am not sure that I gave you a 2 hour deadline. I may have said if you want to do this tonight it needs to happen by a certain time. That does not mean you only this one chance to get this done. You could have waited until you were comfortable with bringing the car. If you look at the time stamp of the dyno sheet it says 8:23 pm. I would think I was being fair with the time given to you to dyno. I had no way of knowing the condition of car until I saw it. Once again I addressed the concerns of the exhaust leaks. You were obviously aware of them before coming to the dyno. Even though we sometimes get anxious to get something done it is in our best interest to wait and get the bugs worked out. You had a sense of urgency in wanting the car done. I simply did what you requested. I would also like to mention that $200.00 of the $1,050.00 that you paid me went to HP Tuners and not my pocket. The first $100.00 went to pay for the license on the cable for your car. The second $100.00 went to pay for the custom operating system to make your car both boost friendly and for more power. Translation? Allowing us to either go with a 2.5 bar map sensor or to extend the range of the maf from 12,000 hz to 15,000 hz. If you would like me to continue to do tuning work on your car I would ask you to start a new thread on the corvette forum explaining what happened and the condition of the car when you brought it to me. Does this sound reasonable to you?
  20. Has anyone here posted on the thread on the Corvette Forum?
  21. Matt, I feel a conversation away from a public forum would be better. Right now I have customer on dyno that needs to be my focus and a ill mother to take care of when I am done with that. I do not have the energy to address this any more today. I do want to say I had expressed concerns to you in the parking lot regarding the exhaust leaks. I would never give a customer a deadline to do their car. I might have told you what hours I had that day. If you felt pressure or thought the car was not ready we could have waited. I did tell you that I thought car would be ok while using caution. I do not think I could have said it any other way. Do you realize how this thread started out regarding a phone call from your mother about a detective to now this? I believe I might be the only one on here not doing any name calling or throwing you or your car under the bus.
