I spent the this morning and early afternoon looking at a building in Sunbury. A price has been negotiated and I am looking to take possession as early as this month providing other things fall into place. I will have 20,000 square feet. I am looking to take 10,000 square feet and use it for storage. I have plans for the other 10,000 square feet however that will come at a later date. Looking to store up to 30 cars. Pricing is yet to be determined. I will probably have a rate for month to month and a rate for a 6 month lease. You car will be secure and only myself and possibly one other individual will have access. Entrance to the building has a locked gate. My questions are? 1. What would you pay for a space? 2. What hours and days access would you need? 3. Would you do looking for a 6 month lease at a discounted price or would you only be interested in doing month to month?

Another stock long block cobra with a Vortech Supercharger. Well we assume it is a stock long block. Car was purchased through an auction with the following modifcations. Customer is aware that this pushing the limits of the stock long block. A new long block and supercharger head unit is going in over the winter and will be shooting for 700+ RWHP. Blue=On3 Turbo Kit Red= Vortech Supercharger Looks like the turbo car makes the same rwhp with 2 pounds less boost at the peaks. (9.5 vs 11.5). +1 on the T-Stat. I am going to suggest one to him as well. I am sure the coolant temps in the 200's did not help with my timing advance. I think for once that both sponsors and members are finally all in agreement. The color of this car is beautiful.

Gotta love Stock Mod Motor Rods. My guess is that chip in the piston came from debris from one of the other cylinders. Other then that the top of that piston looks ok.

That is with a tune. I was a bit dissapointed in that I am about 2-4 degrees shy of timing that I like to run. I am sure headers and a colder copper plug would allow for more timing.
