also, it doesn't mention anything in the manual what happens if the HDD fills up. doesn't say if it just records over it or if it stops working until you back up the drive or something.

they are not. I wanted wireless but the kits were several hundreds more. the other more expensive WD system has more features like field of view zone motion detection and trip wire. mine is basic motion detection. some complain it's too sensitive. I noticed it detected movement if the camera moved from me walking across the floor behind the camera. so it may over notify you on your phone and annoy the hell out of you. maybe using an alarm system notification would be better.

went and bought this because it's so cheap right now. since I seemed to have moved into a shady fucking neighborhood. but this thing is very nice for the price. doesn't need internet to work like it makes you think from the ad. 2 usb ports for external drives or mouse. never tried a keyboard yet. but if you want to monitor anything from your phone when you're away it needs internet. it has very clear video and yes, 1080p definition. low light colors are very good and has superb night vision. He said the house went into a bidding war. and I shouldn't bother as the sale price would more than likely go more than my loan amount. but it didn't. it sold for what I paid for this one. it was a much better neighborhood. but a longer drive. so far I've made friends with the neighbors. so getting this resolved shouldn't be an issue. I think they do have one. 2 doors but only 3 remotes for the car. One is missing. First thing I did was reset the codes and reprogrammed the remaining 3 openers. Thankfully genie has that as a feature on these models if you lose one. And I reprogrammed the keypads with new passwords

so I finally got into my new home. but all is not well. when I was moving in on a saturday first thing the neighbor did was come up to the wood fence and say hello. immediately told me about how the old owner let him park in my driveway and use his garage. I though ok, cool story. didn't think much about it. I though ok he seems cool already making a point to say hello. by sunday the neighbor is driving over my grass and using my driveway. the 2 driveways are about 30" apart with grass in between (mud now). they have turned my yard into a mud pit driving through my side and out my driveway because they don't want to come out and move their cars. they just use it like it's theirs and I should accept it. they do it even when I'm standing right there. I was like wtf how brazen of a fucking asshole someone has to be to just do that. it's been 2 weeks i've lived here and they just get more and more brazen about it. even parking in my driveway all day blocking it even when my family is at home. on sunday the guy flew through my driveway faster than I do and I have 2 dogs he could have ran over. I just can't fucking believe I have to have a conversation right off the bat with these people. so yesterday my girl had her car in my driveway and she didn't come out to move it before I got home. neighbor was out front sweeping his sidewalk of grass clippings. yeah, he keeps his shit super nice but drives through my yard making a mud hole. perfect timing to say something. so I said "I notice you are using my driveway, is that grass yours or mine or half and half?" he admitted most of it is actually mine. I said man I don't like the mud hole and your leaving mud on my driveway. so I thought he got the hint. that was yesterday. today, they did it all fucking day again. and parked their jeep in my driveway all day long. I've never encountered such assholes in my life. the fact they didn't even ask me to use it just lites a fire under my ass that makes me want to rage and do stupid shit. so instead I was sitting here typing up a letter to leave on all their cars. but I'd rather not get into this shit with someone I live next to. but they are forcing me into a corner. now I'm thinking they will have people break into my garage and steal my bike and tools. what would you guys do? legal advice and all. In the letter I told them I'm going to install cameras with wifi so I can monitor the house 24/7 and every offence I will be sending the picture to the police and a $200 bill for access to my driveway for each offence. as for services, if you're into movies VUDU is pretty sweet. if you buy a movie you can watch it on any device anywhere and download it. I found a few good movies in the discount bin at walmart for $5. went on vudu and redeem the codes and now i have a digital copy I can watch anywhere even without internet.

after having this shit for the last 10 years I can only recommend using a google chromecast. other devices rely on the apps to work with them. such as a blu-ray player. when the app in the device never gets updated it stops working. my sharp tv is 100% functionless for it's smart tv features because sharp discontinued that model. then my WD tv unit did the same thing when WD stopped making them. so dont bother spending money on a smart TV or set top box that becomes useless in 2 years. I returned the roku because they want to store my CC info in order for it to work. NOPE! the only device I find that works without relying on updates and bullshit by the manufacture to keep it working is the chromecast. you will have to download the apps to your phone to control it. some apps do work better than others. netflix and hulu always work flawlessly with it. however on occasion sling TV stops working and disconnects from the chromecast. make sure you get the latest version with 4k capabilities and have 5G wifi in your house. I watch movies on VUDU etc in 4k (UHD) and it never skips a beat.

I knew some of them were because the lady that moved in the building next door had them last sunday. but, she probably booked it a month or so ago. I'll probably have to do mine. they quoted me $2k when they seen a picture of my garage lol. 3 large tool boxes, air compressor, workbench, motorcycle lift table, tire changer. though the stuff isn't that big of deal. it all has wheels. as long as they bring a lift gate truck it can be rolled right in.

I think my lender is playing games with me. so I am what, a week and a half away from closing. I was told I'm approved and final approval will happen by friday. 4/10/20. so at 11 am I got an email from my mortgage loan processor says the I assume the lawyers or underwriters have been trying to contact my employer but no one answers. is the number xxx xxx 2350? I respond no, it's XXX XXX 2354. I'm looking all through my loan application and all other paperwork. no where on them is the phone number listed as 2350. this shit is really starting to get on my nerves. they have all of my bank statements showing a deposit from my employer every friday. clearly shows their name. If they cause me to miss my closing date I'm going to chew their asses. why is buying a house such a fucking pain in the ass like this? these people want all this paperwork and don't even use it to look at to answer their own questions. they just stop what they're doing toss it back in a folder and email my loan processor. it doesn't occur to them they're calling the wrong phone number? look at the paperwork, lazy mother fuckers! thanks for letting me vent. so if you have a R1, you cannot have any fault codes stored or it will cause issues when it's flashed. this was what had mine all screwed up. don't throw away any sensors you remove like the exup servo and intake flap etc. it will not allow it to be flashed correctly with these issues stored in memory. or if you try to return it to a stock map.

so it may have been my fault. they assured me nothing changes with the software updates they just add new bikes to it. so he walked me through it. I thought i had my kill switch in the run position. on the new R1 the kill switch is also the starter button. it has off, run and push it to start. I thought it it didn't matter which position it was in so the code 50 was because of that. once I got that figured out another code came up for the exup servo. on the new R1 you cannot access any of the menus unless you clear the codes. so thank god I never threw out my servo motor. I had to take some of the bike apart to get to the wiring i tucked up. once plugged in and erased the bike flashed normally. I really thought it was fucked up. it would be nice if woolich opened up their forums. this could have been posted and saved others a headache if they did this little oversight of the kill switch on the R1.
