I know this is a joke of a thread and all but if anyone is serious, I tried a motor oil from a company called MPT. it says their oil is 100% real synthetic. as you may or may not know, a lot of "synthetic" oils on the market are not actually "synthetic" if you use the definition in the dictionary. it's a marketing gimmick that the law allows. as for the oil, it made shifting a hell of a lot smoother and the clutch grab a lot stronger than what I was using. which was Motul 300v. the bad thing about insurance is it's price. you could just about buy another bike with what you give them over 4 years. it's like, do I spend $1300 a year on insurance or just save the money in a bank account and let it earn interest. then you need gap insurance too.

a misadjusted clutch lever can cause shifting problems once the engine is warm. here is what yamaha has to say about this,

I tried to safety wire my front sprocket nut and it came off. Safety wire isn't that safe. Yamaha had a recall because of the nut backing off on the 2nd gen R6. They wanted mechanics to use a splined washer that you bend over the nut. Along with retaining compound. which is for thread less assemblies. That shit doesn't come off without a press or puller.

I'm going one step more and suggest a auto tune with the power commander. You can skip the Dyno tune. Race teams don't take a Dyno with them to tracks. They use auto tune systems

a little irony for my thread.. STG sent me 2 new plugs via USPS. took them 2 days to get here. it took fedex 5 days. impressive fedex! you should charge more than everyone too!

that's the kind of bike's that made me quit working at a motorcycle shop lol especially with flat tires I had to push them up on the lift. I fing hate those gd things!
