  1. wow on a friggin multistrada? unreal. the guys over at the 13X forums thought they were bad asses for running 11min on race bikes. lol
  2. woah man I'd get that thing changed PROTO...don't want to be mistaken for no assfaultjunkie.
  3. I can tell you from experience the icon is heavy in all the wrong places. felt like a brick on my head instead of a helmet. moved up to a suomy and was like ok, enough fucking around with the cheap helmets from now on. I like my shoei better than the suomy. it has way better venting. you could give me that helmet and I'd give it to someone else.
  4. I posted a link to worst buy...I mean best buy. it's the same price $249 for the outdoor ed.
  5. is the sizing about the same as the latigo suit?
  6. haha no. that thing is tits though. I was just being a joker. my R6's swingarm is cast so it has pretty accurate markings on it. just for the hell of it I use a set of calipers to measure how far up the axle is from each side of the swingarm and it's dead nuts on both sides going by the marks. plus I look down the chain from the back and it looks pretty straight with the sprockets. no more wear on either side of the sprockets either. but if I had a different bike I'd probably buy the motion pro tool
  7. I work at somewhat of a machine shop and they call a ruler a rule.
  8. I know they're not exactly everyone's favorite electronics store but best buy has them. $249 http://www.bestbuy.com/site/GoPro+-+HD+HERO2+Outdoor+Edition+Wearable+Camera+-+Silver/3451683.p?id=1218403534159&skuId=3451683
  9. I bought some tang the other day.. drank 1/2 a glass and poured the rest out lol. good stuff when I was a kid. now, ehh.. I'm wondering if UC is going to have some kind of something to honor the man. he taught there for a while.
  10. yeah but that just goes by the chain. you should use the laser alignment tool instead silly. http://www.supertracker.com/MCA1_wheel_aligners.htm
  11. they ground almost everything in cars now. I've seen a lot of honda's with a ground strap on the valve cover.
  12. I know a guy that works for the epa and caught them dumping in the great miami river. they paid to keep it under the rug so to speak. speaking of jobs, did you guys hear ohio is on the way to being the leader in jobs. we are only trailing a few states. our unemployment is down to 7.2% from 11.2% a few years ago.
  13. yeah most of the time on my 2 trucks I had to get a big ass prybar out to get them to pop out of the rear yoke.
  14. they do. I think they're a race type of a plug. but NGK sure does make them still http://ngksparkplugs.com/docs/RacingSpecs2010.pdf I bet the plugs in my bike are non resistor.
  15. you might actually get a ticket for that. there's no way that's not obstructing your view.
  16. agv sport will be my next suit as they make custom suits with some great designs to pick from. most custom suits look very very dated and "power ranger" ish. I like these, http://www.agvsport.com/custom_leathers/images/templates/style3.jpg it goes for $900-1100 depending on options.
  17. flagged for best of craigslist
  18. I always thought that was RFI from spark plugs and wires, alternators etc. this is why they put those little rings of ferrite on the ends of so many cords you see now. shit they're even on my power tools too. http://ngksparkplugs.com/tech_support/wire_sets/faqs/rfi.asp you had work done...I would suspect this is the cause of the issue
  19. the chain drain would be very useful to keep the overspray off your tire. I think that's it's main intention.
  20. anyone ever seen this? http://www2.dupont.com/Consumer_Lubricants/en_US/products/motorcycle.html I bought a squirt bottle (not the aerosol can) of their dry chain lube today to try. got it at lowes. http://www2.dupont.com/Consumer_Lubricants/en_US/products/chain_saver.html also thought about getting one of these, http://www.chaindrain.com/
  21. also make sure you only need 110 links. that sounds a little short. my R6 needs about 118.
  22. not tomorrow but you are welcome to come to my place on sat.
  23. I wouldn't get that chain but I would the sprocket. JT is well known for sprockets. steel so it will last you a long while. Stick to the brand names for the chain. EK is typically the less expensive and well known. but RK, DID, Regina, renthal and Tsubaki are some of the top of the line chains. don't forget a front sprocket. JT makes those too.
  24. yeah great experience buying boots from them since I spent $400 I got a $20 team cash reward. which I couldn't use at the time. oh well.
