you guys must be running a old browser. because all the newer browsers don't let you type in the google search box on their home page anymore. as soon as you hit the first key it goes to a search assisted mode, changes to another site and has a drop down list of words it thinks you are looking for.

i'm about to do the same thing with my craftsman set. the damn batteries(just bought this summer) will not keep a charge longer than a hand full of screws. and it's not the charger because I have 2 chargers. I had the set for years and I can understand the old batteries going dead on me when I bought the new ones, they don't last as long as the old ones. craftsman cordless tools are pretty good, but the batteries are junk.

they made a statement in 2010 or 09 on their website stating they were no longer doing business with stt for track days at their track. I looked at the schedule a few times and they never had any events for bike track days on the calendar. and someone I know said yeah, they quit doing track days a year or so ago. it might just be temporary though. but I never called mid ohio or anything to actually confirm this. I wasn't too interested to really care. lol

I don't think mid ohio does motorcycle track days anymore. at least that's what I heard.

everyone needs to see this. because most people in this country live in a bubble and think we can do no evil. well looky here....are we really any different than a guy with a plan to fly a plane into a building?

you guys must be doing something wrong if you're only getting 3 years out of a battery. I still have the original battery in my 03 R6. the friggin build date is stamped on the side of it of sept 2002. (GS brand) and the original battery in my 06 FZ6. i forget the brand on it. it's either gs or yuasa. I do nothing to maintain them. no chargers, no battery tenders, no nothing. the one in my R6 has never been disconnected since I purchased the bike in jan of 2003.

I think they're mostly the next day or two. some south park episodes are a few weeks behind. the only real downside is they're not online the same day etc. I'm sure that's a matter of some kind of agreement made to the cable co. crooks. I think hulu has comedy central and it has all of the current shows and past shows no longer on. so there's one thing the cable co can't do. or you can't pause, rewind, fast forward, or bookmark it to come back to the same spot. unless you pay more $ for the cable crooks DVR's.

on this player Western digital only has netflix and hulu plus. I don't recall seeing any kind of sports shows on those 2. I believe roku and google tv etc have a few sports. and I think they cost you a monthly fee. I think it's a few bucks a month. and I don't know if you can see the game that day or the next. most of the time shows are from the previous day. I'm not a huge sports junky so that didn't even matter to me. and I'm not all about needing to see tonights episode of Glee so we can talk about it at the water cooler at work tomorrow. the one thing I do really miss is being able to watch the local news. but hey, they all have websites. so I don't really need to watch it on tv. this isn't for everyone and it took me a few weeks to finally commit to hulu plus and netflix. $18 for both. that's still a savings of $46 a month for me. I just don't see the need to pay for cable for myself. it just wasn't providing me with what I felt was my money's worth. and for $18 a month they come in full 1080P HD. what's warner cable come in? 480i. the same shit it did in the 1950's I bought the roku 2 HD unit first but returned it. (they want your credit card info on file) I wasn't too thrilled with that. plus it doesn't hook up to your computer like the western digital one does. but the roku units have way more channel choices. http://www.roku.com/

nope I have dsl from the phone company. they don't slow down or have issues with how many people are downloading stuff. you brought up a point about cable companies wanting to start charging for the amount you download. which is another reason I dropped time warner when i seen them listed with a few others trying to get the rights to net nuetrality from the FCC. I know what they're up to. they want control of the speed in which content providers like netflix and hulu plus upload so people come back to cable and pay them an astronomical price a month for sub par picture quality and terrible channels that never have anything worth watching.
