I find cruisers suck at speeds 50 or more. the wind forces you to have to hold yourself up and my back ends up sore down low. my shit rarely hurts on a sportbike.

1. fuse? you said was good.. 2. power to fuse? 3. power to fan relay? 4. power to fan?(will require bike to be at temp the fan comes on at normally) confirm fan works by hooking it up to the battery. of course you could do this first too. does the daytona have a built in diagnostic feature like yamaha's do? we can test all of our electronics via the instrument cluster. so I don't even need to work on anything to test the whole system. it's frigging sweet! I can activate the fan, the relay, test the temp sending sensor etc. hell I can even test the injectors and ignition coils. everyone's bike and car for that matter should be made to have this by law. it makes working on my bike a breeze.

I'll have to say no. only because it keeps other idiots from saying you caused them to crash and you had nothing to do with it.

I think it boils down to the actual accident. say someone did run a red light, but no contact was made, but if one car hits the curb, I don't think the person that ran the light will be liable to pay for the car to be fixed. it's a grey area of the law i'm sure. but I was told as long as the person didn't hit me, I can't sue them, the cops can't site them for the accident. it was all my fault for losing control of my vehicle. they said you are responsible for your car and what happens to it.
