  1. Loading a bike in the back of a truck always scares me....
  2. I've had a couple of gen 1 FZ1's....One of my favorite bike ever. I've put a ton of miles on gen 1 FZ1's many 500+ mile days in WV, a few trips to the gap. The ergo's on the Sprint are a little more aggressive than a gen 1 FZ1. Before I bought the Versys, I thought you needed 10+ HP, but like Pauly,I soon figured out it's overkil. The Versys hasplenty of power for anything that I do, including highway miles on trips to the gap.

    Sunday ride

I'm gonna ride Sunday, but I think I'll head to Woodsfield, and leave in the morning.....If not, I might be in for meeting at KFC.
  4. I'm not much for group rides 2-3 people, or by myself is what I like. I usually ride the speed limit +5-10 I love southeast Ohio, I hate 4 lanes (boooooooring)..........I can't get out of town quick enough.
  5. Prayers from here for you, and Nate's family.........
  6. I've got a pair of Fieldshear pants that I wear most of the time. Over jeans when it cool, and over shorts when it's hot out. There are tons of different ones all pretty much made the same. They have vents also.
  7. How stupid does this look ???????
  8. I go a couple times per year. The last time , I stayed at the deals Gap Resort www.dealsgap.com it was great. Prior to that I always stayed at the Microtel in Robbinsville. I've got a good way to get there from here to Lexington, without 4 lanes, and going thru Cinci.........Take 33 to Lancaster, then RT22 to Rt159, take 159 to Waverly to RT32, 32 to Rt41, RT41 to the river at Aberdeen, from there take RT39 to Lexington at Rt75. I usually do this after work, stay at Lexington at the Ramada next to the Waffle House, then take 75 on down to Knoxville, and on to 129....
  9. I say nuke that 3rd world cesspool.............................
  10. I'll bet it's good for another 100K.............

    Senate Bill 5

Part of the reason unions have gained so much from the employers is that for the last 20-25 years the employers i.e. auto industry, states, cities etc. have had is so good they bargained bad (for them) contracts.....They "gave away the farm" to the unions...not the unions fault, they asked for the moon, and the employers agreed. Now times are bad, and the employers are still bound with the bad (for them) contracts that they negotiated. I don't see this bill going anywhere, at least in it's original form. Also this governor is a one termer for sure.......
  12. Welcome !!!! The first place I usually head when I ride is Woodsfield. Great bike !!!!!!!
