For Sale, Mossberg 500 Cruiser 12 gauge 8 shot pump. I bought this 5 years ago, might have 50 rounds through it. It came with a pistol grip, I took it off and put a 6 position adjustable stock with pistol grip on it. For $220 I will include a bore snake/ rope cleaner, the mountable 5 shell holder and a cheap soft case.

I have been researching it. Looked at a forum, called truth in trucking. The company that I am looking at only wants less than $3000 for CDL training.

That's my plan, 2 or 3 maybe 4 years. I am thinking that if I can ride a bike for 10 hours a day, doing that in truck should be easy.

Today is my 58 birthday. What a shitty birthday weekend. Didn't go out to celebrate, hell I didn't even get laid! Fuck!

I plan on riding as long as I am able.

If this happens, I see a new FJR in my future!

It is time for my 2 year vacation to end. I am waiting on a call from Millis Transfer. They have a CDL school in the Cincy area. 3 weeks in school and 9 weeks of on the road training and I will be a truck driver.

370 miles today, 1200 for 3 days! Awesome day, very little traffic. I did the Georgia loop. I love 28 south of Highlands to Warwoman. Forgot how nice 68 is south of Tellico Plains. The Skyway was great, I forgot that some of it has been recently paved. The FJR loves it, 3rd gear 50-70 mph almost the whole way. Did one pass on the Dragon. 28 from 74 south to the Macon county line is bad, it has fresh asphalt patches. It looks like they are ready to topcoat it. And for a late lunch, Krambonz beef brisket.

Blood Mountain

I don't do the beer/ brewery thing. Unless I am with a bunch of OR drinkers. Lol

830 miles total for 2 days. I jumped on the Blue Ridge at mile marker 217 and rode down to 423 mile marker. Took 215 south to Charley's creek road, like the Dragon but needs paved. Staying in Franklin at the Microtel for 2 nights. Planning on doing the 28, N. Georgia loop tomorrow with Krambonz for lunch.

I left the house at 9:30 this morning. 478 miles for the day! I haven't rode that much in a day for a while. In Wytheville, VA. 200 miles to Ellenboro WV to head south on WV16. Damn, I love that road. The part south of Gaully bridge reminds me of Blood Mountain. I was hanging off the bike and still ground the pegs on both sides. That always puts a smile on the face!

I didn't leave today. Heading out tomorrow morning, planning on being back home sometime Friday.
