  1. Hit me up on thurs or fri this week, I'll be looking for a good ride after two 14 hr days
  2. I think I recognize your bike. Did you go on a group ride up Sunberry, NE of Cbus a few weeks back? Would have been a Wednesday in June. I was riding a Blue Movistar/Telefonica 600RR.
  3. Hey, Selling/Trading my SigSauer P226 9mm. It has some holster wear, and a little side-to-side play in the slide rails, but locks back in dead solid. I've put about 300-500 rounds through it. I got it as a police trade, and have always loved shooting it. Everyone who picks it up shoots rear tight groupings with it. However since I carry, a full size is a little large for me. I'm looking for a sub-compact, and I highly prefer a Glock 26. I'll entertain most trade offers, but keep in mind this is a high-end firearm. If I sell it outright, I'd be looking for around $500, but feel free to offer whatever you think is fair. If someone could PM me as to the necessary steps to legally transfering ownership of a firearm that would also be very helpful. (FFA required?) I'll get some pictures up in a day or two.
  4. Hello all, Haven't been on here in about a year, so I guess a re-introduction is necessary. Went drinking the other night with Yota, which made me remember this site existed, and I had been neglecting it. Thanks to all for the party last summer, it was just what I needed after getting bucked off on the freeway. Stillman, I still owe you a beer since I never caught up with you after you guys took such good care of me last summer after I wrecked. Not to mention missing your wedding reception......maybe two beers. Lemme know when you guys are riding though, I'm always up for a good ride.
  5. End of season last year, my friend (John) and I had loaded his bike and mine into the back of a lifted F150 (That was fun enough on its own). We got to the track and John and I were unstrapping his bike and getting it out of the truck. Insert: The friend (Sam) that wanted to tag along and watch. Sam watched how we unstrapped the bike, and figured he could be helpful, and unstrapped the inner strap (opposite of the side of the bed) on my bike. I'm currently at the bottom of the ramp, guiding the other bike down and hear "NO! STOP!", followed by a disheartening *Crunch*. Picked the bike back up, and luckily nothing major, just minor paint damage and a crack or two. We promptly chased Sam out of the pits.
  6. Co-signer's parents forbid him form owning a bike (I didn't know that) since they still help w/ school bills. Accident sent them notice, now bike has to be sold.
  7. Thanks for the concern guys. Since I have to sell the bike, my goal in life has become getting enough cash to find something to ride this summer. I'm goin nuts and its only been a week.
  8. Dunno Another update; I finally caved in to everyone, mainly Josh, telling me to get checked out, and went to see a doctor. Seems that my shoulder is slightly seperated, but nothing too serious. Bike is going to be fixed and put back together, and probally sold. Hopefully by the middle or end of the summer I'll be able to get back on two wheels.
  9. Floor was very comfortable. The dog waking me up in the morning, not so much. But thanks for the place to sleep.
  10. First off, Charles, glad to hear your ok, sounds like your wreck was much worse than mine. Hope you can get back out there soon. Let me know if I can help with anything. Thanks to everyone Saturday night for the kind words, the cheering up, and the booze. My wreck: Was cruising on 71S at around 70 in the fast lane, when a car cut over, and immediatly slammed on his brakes, bringing the car to almost a full stop. I grabbed both brakes, and as I got closer and realized i wasn't gonna have enough room, I grabbed the front hard in an attempt to get a little more braking out of it. Once the stoppie got over 90 degrees, and i still hit the car, i went over the bars. Luckily he was still moving fast enough that when i went over I didn't hit his car. I almost got it stopped, and only hit him hard enough to scrape the paint off the bumper. I didn't even dent the plastic. Very thankful for those MSF drills though, I never would have gotten the bike stopped that fast without them. However now my gear is thrashed, my fairings are thrashed, and I need a new subframe, and possibly some throttle parts. If anyone know of anyone selling parts for a 03-04 CBR 600RR, or a good place to get new parts cheap, please let me know.
  11. Just hook me up with your keys and i'll let myself in next time. I hate riding with backpacks

  13. The kneuter valve is right next to the starter, tucked in under the intake manifold
  14. Yea, just run that in-line with the kneuter valve and you'll be all set.
  15. I have a venue that could assist in burning your couch
  16. Any chance you could work around a school scedule that runs from 3:30p-7:30p in the evenings?
  17. Turn signal relays require a certain ammount of resistance on a circuit to flash at the proper speed. Filiment bulbs provide this resistence, but LEDs do not. You will need to calculate the proper ammount of resistance you have to wire into the circuit, and wire resistors in. I would advise using 12v resistors for ease of installation. Call me if you need any help (614-348-7916)
  18. I'd be down, I just need to remeber to check the boards before I leave so I dont miss out again
