Well he SHOULD allow others to take pics. He charges a buttload for the pics and I only got like 25 pics....75% are the same shot/corner. I'm NOT happy at all. I had fully intended on utilizing him when I go to bluegrass (hopefully) but now I will not. I got a disc today with 179 pics....25 mine and the rest were random shots of people in there pit. I was very confused (which doesn't take much...). Does anyone else have any GOOD pics of the day?

Robin you know kids are the MOST expensive "hobby" ever! My niece has the potential to make me go broke. She already knows to ask, "aunt sara isn't this last season's louis vuitton?" and she's only 5 years old. LOL. All that little booger has to do is give me that look and I've turned into a complete doormat for her! In addition to MC's I also scuba dive. VERY expensive sport up front but once you have all your equipment and keep up on maintenance it's not bad. I just purchased a suunto dive computer 2 weeks ago!!! Woot! This month I'm also hoping to get an apex regulator then I'll be all ready for my scuba trip to the keys in July. BUT I'm with aaron....I think I should start up stamp collecting! Much much much more cost effective! At least all the running I do is free aside from my shoes!

And mike I don't know where u learned to count but maybe you should return to kindergartin and learn some basic mathematics because ONE track weekend=2 days.

I only pay attention to the people that actually matter in life. I don't know what I ever did to mike but it's quite apparent he's got some unresolved anger issues. I've got ample money to purchase track plastics so why should I not b cautious? . You can total out a bike with ruined plastics. I've seen it done many a times over. I think spending a couple hundred dollars on track fairings if u have the means is only common sense. And thanks to those of u who had my back. IP thank u for the words of encouragement. Chris was very resourceful ok Sunday.

Well I REALLY enjoyed myself at mid ohio AFTER I got the scared rod out of my butt! Thus, I want to do some more track days but I realized I'm a bit nervous about going down with my current plastics. What are some good websites to look for plastics? Also I'm not sure about how to tell if they will fit my 06 gsxr. Anyone with info would be greatly appreciated!

Bahahahahaha!!!! I'm not afraid to say that I still have chicken strips BUT I did progress quite a bit. My two goals for Sunday were....keeping my lines and learning my body positioning. I think I did a good job with both by the last 3 sessions although I did run over top of the divider in turn one. Scared the crap out of me. I was soooooo slow Monty put me one on one with an instructor all day long Sunday!!! LOL. I've FINALLY realized that when I go faster in the turns it's actually easier to corner and my bike feels less like it's going to fall over. I do have to ask.....Why the heck did nobody tell me to purchase some dri fit gear for under my leathers??? I could barely get my legs up on the foot pegs the first day b/c I was so sweaty/sticky. I stopped at Dicks Sunday morning and bought some Nike dri fit and I was good to go the entire day. I have to check the website to see how many more novice days are available. I NEED to do at least 2 more weekends/4 days whichever is avail! It was soooo nice to meet everyone and I appreciate the support and help of all who pitched in. I'm not fast but at least now I feel safe. And Brian 777 if you're reading this......tears still falling!!!!!!!! FYI, I purchased some pics from the designated guy for STT. I wanted to see how crazy I really do look! hehe.

I do want pics but I may be quite embarrassed after looking at them and not want to purchase them. LOL. I don't think people realize how slow I really am.

Ummmm, not "made" of money but I do make a good living. I am VERY VERY VERY slow hence the reason I am spending the cash to do these track days. I NEED to get better at cornering and NOT be so scared with a corner coming up. IF I like doing track days I fully intend on converting this over to a track bike next season and purchasing another street bike. My bike is completely paid off....it's an 06...not new. The other people I'm going with are using their ducati's on the track but putting on race plastics. Ducati's are MUCH MUCH MUCH more than my gsxr. And the single part....done taking care of men. Come packing or not at all. LOL.

OK...here's one of me from last year's dyno day on the bike I will have with me: And seeing that I will have helmet head the ENTIRE weekend I will more than likely have some sort of hair constraint on my head exactly like this! I'm the one in the pink.

And IP if you're going to be there you'd BETTER at least say hi! I love your posts.....they are very inspiring. It would be nice to meet the person behind the screen name!

Well then I'll see you Saturday morning. I'm meeting Rusty at his house around 10 I believe & I think you guys will be following us up/or us following you up depending if everyone is on time! I'm meeting up with him tonight to drop my bike off to make some minor adjustments for the track at one of his friend's shops. He's been VERY nice and helpful through this whole process! I've been texting back and forth with quite a few people on here. Lets make sure we all at least say HI on Saturday! Good luck everyone!!!
