Aaron....everyone should know by the multiple times I've posted about track days that the ENTIRE reason I'm doing these is to get over my fear of cornering. The only time I'm in the back of the pack is on twisties. I'm not scared of speed but of leaning my bike and trusting it enough to not cross the median and kill myself. If this is my FIRST track day which everyone is well aware they know the rules that I have to be in novice. And FYI, I just saw Shawna about 30 minutes ago and tried her to go with me. No go until after she's done with school. Besides I've decided I will try the bluegrass on May 30, 31st. SO if anyone wants to go let me know!!!!

OK so there is actually some days the same weekend at Bluegrass. Anyone been on that track? I'm having a hard time finding the location. It looks like it's a bit below cinci.

I've been going back and forth via email with Bonnie from sportbiketracktime this last month and I finally think I have my days narrowed down. Has anyone ever been to beaver run or Grattan raceway parks for track days? It looks like grattan will be more forgiving for me thus I kinda want to sign up on May 30/31. I know its a long drive (used to drive it all the time with my ex when he did track days) but I really don't have the vacation time to do it during the week at mid ohio. Plus I want to do this in may in case I really like the track and can actually learn to lean my bike. LOL. Then I can schedule a few more weekends over the summer/fall. If you've been here how do you like the tracks? Also is anyone going to be at Grattan during this time? Garrett (shitty) I called Kristen to see if she wanted to tag along so REMIND her to call me when she wakes up or gets off work! This is getting expensive too! Any information is greatly appreciated.

Well I was initially a bit nervous about the ATT service prices. I was paying $118 month (that was with taxes and for EVERYTHING unlimited) for my palm at sprint. They wouldn't let me use my corporate discount b/c they said that was already a discounted price. Now with my IPhone I only pay $128 month for everything...data, minutes, texting, etc. My corporate discount saved me $63/month! Woot!

ya but will I be able to use that new software on the phone I just bought?

Question for anyone out there that has had a blackberry, palm, windows OS.....did it bother you not having the cut/paste options and not having the capacity to forward text messages from collegues to others once you got the IPhone. I'm finding this is my one big things that has really left me speachless/irritated. I know as the next few weeks progress I willl get used to it. Any thoughts?

I do have to admit that other than a few "user" errors I freaking absolutely LOVE this phone. i couldn't even get onto OR from my palm without it taking 10 minutes to go to a new screen!

Sooooo does any of you techy people know why in the world itunes would make you pay for a ringtone AFTER you spent $10 on a cd download??? I have TONS of music I've downloaded from itunes. Once again I am clueless...lol. Are there any websites out there that will let you get free ringtones without signing up for one of those month trial things???

I bought the 16g IPhone today. I'd have to admit that I am quite overwhelmed at this point. The one thing that rEALLY bothers me is my Ipod attachement which is aftermarket put in by cols car audio is stating that its not compatible with my iphone. It works fine with my nano. It was close to 300 just to get it put in now I can't use it with my new phone!

Thanks guys. My best friend Jeff has the storm and really likes it BUT he doesn't have to pay for it either. My work reimburses me $100/month for any phone I get. I'm really leaning towards the IPhone right now. The instinct doesn't support epocrates which is the software I used like a million times a day. They have a free version for the iphone right now but not so sure about the storm.

I know there are BUNCHES of techy people on here so I wanted some advice. I JUST now got out of my sprint contract b/c of the multitude of issues I've had the past few months with my palm treo 755p. It sucked!!! I have to have a touch screen. Don't really care too much about picture male. I do need to have the ability to add several medical programs though. I've heard that the storm isn't as fast as the iphone but verizon has MUCH better service. Right now I use my phone for work and use about 2500 minutes (at least) on a slow month. I only pay $118/month for unlimited access at sprint. I could not find an unlimited plan on the iphone. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Sara
