Rubicon Express kit FTW. Stock JK's are boring

Not too many see the potential in a Truck. Lot of sub-frame work, steering set up, and fabrication go into making those older trucks perform. I'm surprised how fast mini-trucks died off.

The new JK's (2012+) are a big departure from the Jeeps of old. I even have soccer mom's buying Jeeps and lifting them. Bang for buck, it's hard to match it's capability off road. (Speaking of off the show room floor SUV) What's odd is the resale value the new Jeeps hold.

You can build a JK on a budget. I see too many that skimp on the suspension and ruin their Jeep.

Stock suspension, yes. But for $520, we sell our ProComp 2.5" kits. Don't get any easier than springs, shocks, and dropping the sway bar. If you have the coin, do a Rubicon Express Superflex with Monotubes. Not only is it a short arm kit, but rides way better than a stock JK. I may pick up a commando green Rubi, but I'd probably just lift it and flip it. There's awesome resale value in a modded JK. You could never see tha kind of return in a car. Ever.

If you roll 35's you'll need 4.88's. 4.10's are a waste of time in a JK, even with the 3.6 and some bolt ons. A 2.5" kit will clear 35's no problem, with room to articulate.

POF and LWRC are piston rifles. LMT still offers DI rifles, but you can go piston also.

What's the intention of this rifle? You plan to smoke up thousands of rounds? You like flexibility of calibers? How cool do you want to be? Are you a noob?

I mentioned this before. ACA is so awesome, the politicians trying to pass it won't even abide by it. I care less for either side of the isle. The idea of "the greater good" sure didn't work so well under Communism. More government = more problems
