Looking for a late model replacement smartphone for my stepson. Leaning towards RAZR, RAZR MAXX, SIII, NOTE II, etc. Figured I'd ask around here first to see if anyone has something decent that they aren't using anymore but still has some good life left in it. That's a keeper dude! Trust me, I know. Besides, you can easily upgrade it to a .308 because of the way Savages are built. Buy your .308 barrel, remove barrel nut, install new barrel, install barrel nut, check headspace and enjoy! You won't need to change the bolt or anything other than the barrel.

Something no one has mentioned is that the seat heights being stated are static heights, read no one on the bike. Once you're on it will sag some so the seat height will obviously be a little less than what you're reading it as. Think of an MX bike with lots of travel, you almost have to jump on the damn thing because it's seat height is so high. But once you're on it you can sit almost flat footed.

But all of the cool kids ride them. You've seen what happens to a gixxer when someone gets on it that's not cool.

Just make sure that those people you add are of legal age to posses your NFA items. I wanted to add my step-sons but they are not 21 yet. So when they do turn 21 I'll amend my RLT to put them on and then they can use anything in the trust as well.

I did this in the past with my Fidelity 401k. Payments are calculated like any other loan you get (borrowed amount / loan term (months) = payment...basically less the interest of course). Rates will vary but I would guess current rates would be between 4-8% probably but again it's up to the company. I had my check in a couple days from Fidelity. I thought there was something in my loan about paying it back early but don't recall the exact stipulations. One good thing at least with my loan from my 401k was that the interest that I paid was to myself and it went back into my 401k.

Meh...I have a UM and it's "okay". I'm picking up a Crossbread Super Tuck this week sometime. They're not cheap but worth the money for my comfort and conceal-ability.

I say no. I would however prep the rotors on the new set of wheels just to make sure your existing pads can bed some of it's material onto them. Other than that, throw them on and go. (This is assuming you're running stock rotors on both of course, but I don't think it would matter if one were aftermarket and the other stock anyway.)
