    1995 BMW M3

LOL, my Rx7 for sure...it's a mess right now. All track days and no detailling.
  2. JET UP IN THAT ASSHOLE! Sorry I have nothing positive to add, but couldn't resist. I hope your new venture does quite well.
  3. shame to see such a cool car go out that way. I'd be interested to know what happeend, but it's certainly not the end of the world. inb4 blah blah rotary burned it up.
  4. Your line was right where you should have been. Sucks to have a failure like that but glad to see it wasn't worse.
  5. if the weight is correct for you I'm of the belief that Shell Rotella T6 5w-40 diesel truck oil is the best bang for the buck in synthetic oil right now. $21 per gallon at Wally World/Meijer/Menards. It's held up better than anything else I've used in the FD which is terribly hard on oil. Also use it in the M3. Has higher zinc levels that everyone loves.
  6. Ill do my best Tom. Going to look at it tomorrow.
  7. What kind of mileage did you get with this bad boy? You ever tow with it?
  8. Came out great! Adam, any details you're willing to share on the turbo and motor specs?
  9. So clean in that engine bay...I'm definitely jealous of that.
  10. I'm afraid I do not. Also the O2 sensor housing above is an1g not a 2g but I can't edit the original post.
  11. Bump this up. Still for sale and I also have a 1g I crushed BOV for $30
  12. There's a writeup on acurazine on how to replace the pressure switches in the transmission and perform a "3 x 3 flush" of the fluid. Look into that for good preventative maintenance. I'm also assuming with the mileage that the timing belt was done already?
  13. FWIW I normally change my wife's car around 50% on the maintenance reminder which is close to 5,000 miles. Over the winter once when I didn't want to get under it in the garage I let it go down to 20% which was around 7,500 miles. Haven't had any oil consumption issues on her 3.2 using Mobil 1 for the past 46k miles.
  14. Nice pick up. My wife has an 07 that we've out over 40k miles on and it's been great. They seem to eat rear brakes and are picky about alignment settings are about the only issues we've run into.
  15. Those Farkas boys love them some white leather. Great pickup. In my opinion the 964 is one of the best of the iconic 911 shape/style. Will look great lowered and with wheels.
  16. Haha. No worries about which way the tread is going when it's all gone!
  17. Since the original post I've had another custom alignment and another set of tires flipped on the wheels. Great service as always and recommend them to anyone needing tires or service.
  18. Didn't expect the 20b swap. Got any videos of it in action? Welcome to the site. Keep a thick skin and you'll be golden.
  19. Great vids. It's a crying shame they changed they rule-fucked the rotary out of the series. I would have liked to see continued Motorsport development of the LeMans program and keep pushing that r26b.
  20. listen real close at the end and some kid yells "TOLD YOU!".....hahahaha
  21. Congrats Kale. Good to see locals doing well at national events.
  22. Looks good. I would have choke slammed a baby to get that much open track. Constant traffic in my group. I meant to stop by and say hi but sat I just sat inside my friends trailer.
  23. I agree with everything being said here. I would love to sell you my M3, but honestly his old e46 is EVERYTHING you want. It won't be knocking people's socks off in auto-x, but will be plenty of fun there, and when you're ready to go to the track it'll be the best decision you've ever made. I swore that car was going to be mine someday and it burns me that I just can't justify it. If I didn't have a 2nd child on the way and a need to tow my FD to the track, that M3 would be mine already and I would have gladly paid the $21k he was asking for it.
